Tarot tots were good. The pizza was embarrassingly bad – way overcooked. I don’t know how it was served. Ring of black nearly an inch around the outer crust. The cheese and pepperoni were cooked down to zero moisture. I should have looked in the box before I brought it home. Awful.

I ordered 10 XL extravaganzza pizzas, 4 32 piece plain wings, 6 Mediterranean Veggie sandwiches, 1 gluten free veggie pizza, and 20 sauce cups of each kind…my order was made so well and I am extremely satisfied!!!! So I called in an order of pizzas and they tell me from there international call center to pick it up in 18 to 20 minutes. I get there. The employees are extremely rude telling me that that’s the call-center’s fault not theirs and that it will be an hour till I get my pizza.

I have placed orders on several occasions for my staff at work. Every time I have been let down and should have known not to attempt it again. From delivering it to the wrong store and allowing an unknown individual sign my credit card and leave a tip, to missing multiple pizzas or simply not delivering the order, I have since deleted the app. Calling the local store is impossible and if you send an email of a message to the corporate FB customer care, you will not get a response. Getting money back in items you never received should never be that difficult.
