Don’t bother with delivery. Said 30min, an hour later I called and they said it’s just about to leave, it’s been ready but they were behind. When your that far behind- COMMUNICATE- to the customer. Waiting over an hour on a 30min delivery and I had to call to find out- come on- do better.

I ordered 3 medium 2 topping pizzas , when she gave me the total it was 12.99 per pizza. I said that seems high and she said, no that’s the price. As I was waiting I looked on the back of the menu and it said 3 or more medium are 9. 99 each. You would think when I questioned the price she would of mentioned the special on the back of the menu . That’s B.S and because of that and another time when I order 7 pizza and got the same treatment my very large family will never order from them again. I am sure our 4 different families totaling 22 people won’t make a difference to them ! So our once a week pizza night will be with there competetor ….. Good luck with the bait and switch type marketing. It won’t effect us anymore!

I was “tracking my order” and it said it left the store at 7:52. At 8:09 I called the store, knowing it was a 5 minute drive per map app, and I gave a little more time. I was told that the driver took a double order and was delivering that one first, and may have stopped for gas. My one pizza arrived at 8:23. It was warm to say the best. What should have taken no more than 7 minutes, took over 30!

Ordered a medium hand tossed veggie pizza, Well done on a gift card. It arrived lukewarm, cool in the center with doughy crust. With tip included it was $24. Thought I’d treat myself. Ended up having to rebake the pizza. The staff was friendly, would rather have a good pizza though. Had this problem before that’s why I ordered it well done. Hope my next gift card comes from Pizza Hut.
