My latest time here was a couple weeks ago. This is my go-to location until I have a bad enough experience that turns me away, but for now it’s fine. It’s really hit or miss for me here, sometimes my pizza is perfect, and sometimes it’s a bit disappointing. My last time wasn’t the greatest. I dislike when I order and pay for extra sauce, but end up getting so little sauce I can hardly taste it. There’s nothing like a dry pizza! The inconsistency is why 3 stars. When it’s good, it’s good. Same for the opposite. But they have good coupons, and sales and best deals in my opinion. Only other problem I’ve had lately was one time I ordered and paid for buffalo drizzle on my pizza, and got home to see there was none. I would suggest double checking your order before leaving the store.

I can’t give this place lower than a 5 because the workers are making magic happen while being grossly understaffed. The food was as expected, but the workers are the real stars here. I give the staff a 5 and the owners MBR Management Corporation a 1 in my opinion.

The app said my order was complete, but I had to wait about 5 minutes; and a gentleman informed me of the wait. The pizza was absolutely delicious and still very hot by the time I got it home. I was very pleased with my order from this location.

Ordered two pizzas at 8pm, its nearly 10 and my pizzas still are not here. After the expected delivery time, the pizza still had no update on the tracker (past being quality checked at 8:30pm). I called the store at 9pm and the young lady who answered was rude but assured me the order would be delivered in 15 minutes. Around 9:30 I called back because the order still had not arrived. The phone was answered and hung up immediately. So I called back. The second time the phone rang for about 6 minutes before the manager (Michaela) answered. Michaela was extremely unhelpful. I expected so much more considering Michaela admitted to their team giving out my order to the wrong person 40 minutes prior. She complained about being short staffed, about training new people, and so much more. When really al I wanted was my delivery to be free or pushed to the front of the line at the very least. But instead i was told that 2 hours is the normal delivery time for this store and that there was nothing they could do.

Even when they don’t have to deliver, like when using curbside pickup, they can’t seem to meet their estimates. Predicted ready at 6:59-7:09 (20 minutes after they started to “prep”) finally got in the oven at 7:24. I remember the good old days when you could get dominos delivered in 30 minutes, but now you’re lucky to be able to get it within 30 minutes of their own estimated time.

Food took an hour to get here… After it was finished being cooked. When we called to check in on our pizza because it was “checked for perfection” for an hour, the line was busy. We finally got our cold cheese blocks on bread and the only thing hot was the ranch. They got one of the halves of the pizza with wrong toppings. When we called to tell them our pizza was cold and wrong, the line was still busy!!! Looks like I’m going to Papa John’s next time. This dominoes is garbage. The cats don’t even like it…

Soon as I opened the box, the veggie pizza looked so greasy and nasty. The blackjack location taste better than this. im shocked and will not order here again. Please do not sell me something you guys wouldn’t eat yourselves! And the driver owes me $5 cuz u charged me a $3 delivery fee on the receipt after I requested not to add it and I gave him $5 when he got here.

I’m sure the people who ARE there are great, but this location is devastatingly understaffed, especially in the evenings. This most recent time I tried to order from them, I waited an hour and a half with the tracker stuck on the “prep” portion before giving up and trying to call to cancel. Then I waited on hold for 10 minutes without ever speaking to a human and got hung up on. Had to call back again and wait another 5 minutes to finally speak to someone. This store is extremely poorly managed. I will not be ordering from them again and urge everyone else to stay away until they hire more people to support the limited staff who are extremely overworked (and probably underpaid).
