Ordered 4 pizzas and 1 normal bacon jalapeno cheesy bread from this location coming from someone who used to work at dominoes and papa johns this is absolutely unacceptable only the center of the “cheesy” bread had cheese on it with the center being uncooked jalapeno and bacon…..every single piece of pizza was unproportinate and cut improperly to get these pics we had to actually tear them apart to show actual proportions because they missed center and can’t cut through the dough they missed a whole entire topping on that side and cut horrible leaving one side with 3 pieces… which was not the side missing the toppings lol…I argued and at first they said they would remake the order if I sent it back absolutely not after waiting 45 minutes for delivery…argued more then they would give me a credit for $10 absolutely not…let them know I know my pizza especially from these establishments gave me $20 off because “I worked there in the past” absolutely unacceptable and Laura said she quality checked every order tonight but must have skipped this order b.s.

Ignorance Is not tolerated
This company is going down hill very quickly. The delivery drivers have always been amazing to us. Its the infant mentality displayed by the little girls and little boys that make the pizza’s inside of this establishment. They do a horrible job at putting the pies together and it shows. They definitely need to be trained in customer service as well.

Open boxes and check the food before you leave the store. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich but as the photo shows I received a philly cheese steak sandwich. Additionally, the philly cheese steak loaded tots I ordered had no meat.

So I ordered a pizza and cheese stuffed bread sticks with garlic butter instead of marinara. I placed order at 12:23pm on Monday. They said it would be 27-37 minutes for delivery. At 1:40pm I received my order even though the tracker said they was checking over my order at 12:56pm. The driver dropped my pizza off and when I got inside i opened the box to find a burnt pizza and no garlic butter. I call the store and the manager Christopher stated he could send the driver back and pick up the pizza to bring back and make a new one or put a credit in for another pizza for another day. I told them I wasn’t going to wait another hour and a half to get another burnt pizza. The pizza was so crispy that it could stand up on its own. Mind you it was a pan pizza. This is the second time my family has ordered from here and had issues. My mom order one night and waited 5 hours to receive her pizza. Not sure what is going on with this place but something has got to give.

Pizza is NEVER on time or even close. Typically delivery is 2 hours but you’ll be told you’ll get it in 31 min by the outsourced order takers and when you contact the store directly, you’ll either be told there’s 2 orders before yours and it’ll be another 40 min OR “it just came out of the oven.” You’ll be expected to give an order number that you were NEVER given by their outsourced order takers – I’m sorry, that’s not MY job as a customer to figure out your store issues! Dominos….you need to figure it out and get it together. The only positive I can give is the pizza I have gotten from this location was actually good but not worth the 2 hour wait!

Do not order from this Dominos. Repeat. Do not. We stopped ordering from the High Ridge store because of previous bad experiences. Waited months and decided to try again. Placed order at 6:38pm. It is 7:30pm. I called and they said it is just now going into the oven.

My fiancé can’t have mushrooms And my other pizza was supposed to have extra cheese on it and it looked like it had light cheese on if you could see the sauce between the cheese all over the place.
