Is there zero stars? Ordered on application. Tracker did not move. Called after an hour. Had not even started it. Guy could care less. He was “doing the best he can.” I’d hate to see his worst. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Go buy a frozen pizza, it will be quicker and… you will get a pizza.

I ordered at ~11:30 PM. Pizza was due at hotel at ~12:05 AM. Store closed at 1 AM. I finally did get my food and drink at ~1:15 AM. I know they were very busy, but the automatic phone system would not allow me to speak with anyone. It told me that my food was out for delivery, an hour before it was delivered. They definitely need to fix this glitch!

I order from this location pretty regularly. It’s Domino’s. I’m not looking for gourmet and I have always been pretty pleased with the service given the fact that this is a Domino’s. I guess I get a lot of the lower ratings on here, I’ve had some similar experiences here but they always get the job done and the pizza is hot.

Waited 2 hours for food then received wrong order 3 different times. Driver said he had to keep going back. Either people can’t read names and addresses or they need to hire new employees.

Their phones don’t work, so I called the other number and this happened. I ordered a pizza, an hour went by, it wasn’t delivered, then I called and the guy hung up on me when I asked how I can get it or get my money back, then he hung up on me. I called back to ask how to cancel it, and he threatened to call the police. Don’t pay online, because they don’t deliver your pizza and won’t help you.

I made an order for food and they waited an hour before they canceled it. On the tracker is said it was being prepped, yet they canceled it after an hour of me waiting. They could’ve at-least done it earlier so that I could’ve went somewhere else for food. Now it’s super late and most places are closed.

Ordered a pizza just to have it canceled which really was an inconvenience. We are from out of town and ordered the pizza on the way to our hotel. Had we known our order would be canceled we could have gotten something else during our drive.

I placed an order for delivery, when tracking the order the tracker remained on “prep” for roughly one hour. I decided to call the establishment to cancel my order and when I finally was able to speak with an employee, she asked for my name and order and said “your order is actually ready …” to which I responded, “please just cancel this order”. Why would I want an order that was already sitting out for over an hour. Domino’s preaches quality and convenience yet hires employees and creates establishments that do not reflect the companies ideals. I’m sorry Domino’s , but less is more. To future customers, Try another location or, preferably, another state.
