Should have listened to all of the nightmare reviews on here. Placed order on the app 3 hours ago and the tracker hasn’t moved at all. Called the store and waited on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered and said “we’re running behind”. That was it.

I’ve been going to this location for a while now and always have a good experience. I always submit my order online and pickup at the store, using curbside delivery if possible, which, along with that 2 minute guarantee, is a game changer. The pizza is consistently good and it’s ready in about 10 min or so. I’d also like to give a special shout out to Ed, who often brings the pizza out to my car. He always has a friendly and positive attitude and calls me by my name. The service is noticed and appreciated. Give him a raise 😀 If management is reading this, I have only one suggestion. In my opinion, the pizzas should have more sauce. I choose the option for extra sauce when ordering to compensate, but still seems like that gets overlooked. Maybe people don’t often choose that. Other places I go, the amount of sauce is fine, I don’t need to ask for extra. Other than that, very happy customer! Thanks!

Worst Dominoes ever! The lady lied to me and said they’re out of the dough that is used for the bread bowls. Lazy workers and poor management. Also refused to deliver to my duplex which is less than a mile away. Corporate needs to know about the lost sales this location is causing! They don’t want your business!

Ms.Andrea, the General Manager is so professional at solving problems with orders quick & efficiently. We tried to make the online order & the website does not allow it. It’s almost impossible to get a discount in store but she made it happen. It is so refreshing to see there is still someone who has the skill of excellent corporate customer service. Dominos Ms.Andrea should be compensated and promoted according the corporate position. And we are always pleased when Jadin makes the food fresh and hot. Go team Ms. Andrea and Jadin.

Pizza had absolutely no cheese on it just straight sauce for the THIRD time at this location AND there were onions on my pizza which i didn’t order either .Called to ask for my pizza to be redelivered told it would take “a couple hours” asked what a couple hours would be and was told i can’t be told a time frame I’d just have to wait . Nobody’s waiting up to 4 hours for a pizza. Called to have a refund put on my account and file a complaint and the person who “helped” me last time this happened said she would “pass the complaint up” nobody called nor said anything last time this happened so i doubt anything will actually be done about it . Don’t order from here unless you want pizza with no cheese

I don’t often come to Dominos because in the past they have messed up on many occasions on the simplest requests of EXTRA Cheese on my pizzas. Again, why I’ll never be back. The sad part is that’s it’s a fairly new location (2256 S. Grand Avenue. St. Louis MO) and I paid for extras as always & still it’s not extra. I will never be back. Sticking with Pizza Hut.
