They gave us rotten lettuce in our salad. We paid for a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and they gave us a cheese pizza. When my husband went to pick it up, he said they were complaining about someone not handling the ordering. I guess that included fresh lettuce and pepperoni?? When we reached out to complain, they were zero help. We will never go to Domino’s again. We almost didn’t order from there this time and I fully regret it. There are way too many good pizza places that sell delicious food – the chains like Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Jet’s. There’s also Imo’s in Des Peres and Kirkwood, not too mention Mike Duffy’s, Dewey’s…even Peel Pizza in Clayton will deliver! This place is not worth it.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a stuffed cheesy bread for carside delivery. Thankfully, I looked at it before I left. There was no marinara sauce, which is supposed to come with the stuffed cheesy bread. So I went in and got it. Then when I got back to my car I took a closer look at my order. Its burnt. I have no time to ask for a new order. I’ll eat around the burnt bits. However, this is disappointing. I won’t return to this Domino’s again.

Walked inside to receive Great service! Ordered chicken taco pizza which was just ok and the wings were less than to be desired. More like breaded wings with hot sauce sprayed over/drizzled verses dipped and coated. Disappointed

I know Domino’s are chains, but having tried 4 near our house, this location is the best and worth driving 10 minutes out of our way! I knocked 1 star off since we’ve had a few pick-up order mishaps, but I guess shame on us for not checking before driving away. Bottom-line, at this location they bake love into the pizzas and we’re fans!

We ordered food and were told 34 min. 2.5 hours later still no food. Automated system says it’s on the way and no one answering phones. My kids are starving and literally need to get ready for bed soon. We ordered at 5 and it’s is now 745

Ordered on a Thursday for a Saturday morning birthday party at 11am (the store opens at 10am). The pizza didn’t show up. No answer at the store, no answer from corporate. After going in-person at 11:45, the staff raises their voice, interrupts me, and makes no apology for the no-show and no-delivery. They say there was a power outage despite no one else losing power (it was probably a staff no show because the employee said they were called in from a North County store). They say they’ll make the pizza and deliver it in 30 minutes as though they’re doing me a favor. It shows up an hour later. MBR Management Corp. is unreliable and not worth giving your money.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We did not receive all the food we ordered. This happens every time I order from this location. So, I called. I was on the phone for an hour and a half waiting, finally I hung up. Absolutely ridiculous. I went to leave a review and clearly this is a consistent problem. Do better. We were hosting and now have nothing to serve even though we paid. It’s a pizza joint at 9 o’clock on a Sunday, safe to assume you aren’t this busy.
