Placed a plan ahead two days in advance for my daughter’s 1st birthday at 1:30. Got to the store at 1:27 and they said it will be about 20mins because they are just starting it. No phone call or anything to tell me it wouldn’t be done on time. Made my fall behind for my child’s birthday. When I drove back the dudes didn’t even apologize or anything for it. Never had a problem with any other dominos around the area except with this one. It was disappointing.

My last delivery from this place was horrible, so they gave me a free pizza. I called, placed my order for my free pizza, then come to find out they delivered it to a random address. I called to tell them and they were extremely rude and told me they don’t even deliver to my address when I am only 1 mile up the road from them. They told me if I wanted my pizza I had to come pick it up. I strongly suggest you order your pizza from another place, this one is god awful.

I couldn’t give a zero to this place. I have ordered 3 regular large pizza and what they gave are super thin burnt pizza. Look to the picture. I have contacted domino’s and they connected with the owner of this branch who doesn’t respect his customers…..

I’ve had multiple experiences of extremely long waits for deliveries, including an order that I placed hours before our requested delivery time. Tonight while on a date with my husband, I received texts from my 6 grader saying the pizza still had not arrived, despite us having placed the order an hour and a half prior. Since we were in the vicinity, my husband and I stopped by to see what was going on. We found employees failing to do the barest minimum, unapologetic, and with no explanation. I could make my own pizza including the dough from scratch faster than this, this is absolutely ridiculous. We have given this place several chances, and at this point we are done.

I’ve been using this dominos for couple years now and have been happy with the results till earlier this year. I’ve had multiple occasions in which my order had taken 1-2 hours to arrive. In both times I had to call the store to check on status.. For two pizzas. This time around on the phone the person in which I spoke to after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes seemed almost confused and then told me it’s now going into the oven, this wouldn’t have upset me if one pizza in the order the cheese was burned and then bottom was doughy enough to wear the texture was almost like buying into a sponge. I give this location two stars for the times previous to this year in which the quality and timing was superb but now disappointing.
