I ordered a one topping pizza carry out. A one topping pizza carry out is supposed to be 7.99. I showed them the deal and they would not honor it. The manager got an attitude because I’m reading the coupon to her. It’s kids in the kitchen running around. That is so unsanitary.

Horrible manager. I placed an order and was told through the website it was ready. Went to the store where there was children running around and a tv blaring and got told they needed more time , no biggie I can wait. Waited ten minutes and went back in just to be stared at by every single employee until someone came from the back with my food. Then the manager , Rasheeda, came out and started screaming at me that I’m always causing issues and never allowed back all while slurring her words. You can see on camera I came in for twenty second , waited outside, then came back and waited again. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait because of a stoned staff and walking into a store set up like a living room. She is a power hungry lazy worker. As a Multi Unit General Manager of 3 years I would never tolerate this in my business. I know y’all don’t have employee but this is beyond unacceptable

On no day should you order from this location. They are 3 minutes away from my house and I always have to drive to St. Ann. They are never accepting online orders and when they do, they will cancel your order because it’s close to closing or they mark it as delivered or they are just being plain lazy. THEY ARE STEALING!!!! This is a popular location and by the airport and they are worthless!!!!! I don’t understand how this franchise continues to allow their employees to lose and steal money.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Tried to order from this location for the first time today. First I tried to order online, but within 3 minutes, my order was cancelled. Tried calling the store to see what the problem was, but I got no answer. They already charged me for the pizza!! I then tried one on St. Charles Rock Road, the person took my order, then it was also promptly cancelled and was charged.

25 min after my order was to be delivered and after calling store several times with no answer I get a update on the tracker saying my food was going in the oven. 2nd problem is they won’t deliver a cash order if it’s $0.01 over $35.00 then my pizza shows up and has 3 inches of crust. I know I used a coupon but seriously 3 inches of crust. I know sauce and cheese doesn’t cost that much. Little Ceasers even does a better job than that.

I’ve never had a bad experience getting delivery from here, my order is always correct. The order tracker has had the same person make my order for quite a while now and they have delivered it personally more than once. The only thing I knock stars off for is for how long it can take to get made, and I think its just because they’re under-staffed. If you plan ahead with that in mind its all good!
