Decided to try again after at least a year since last bad pizza but they teased me with a good coupon. Pizza looked like it had been dropped on side as nothing on one side and all ingredients on other side. Little to no sauce and no taste; anti-acids need after 1 hour. Order was timely but no quality. This store is constantly canceling my order when I place it way before delivery time. Extremely irritating. Decided to order from them again, after a long time of disappointment, the pizza was good but my lave cakes were a little smashed. Oh well right? They cancelled my order again tonight which reminds me of exactly why I don’t order from them anymore.

I placed an online order at 7:08pm. The estimated delivery time was 31-41m. I called the store at 8:10pm to check the status of the order and was told the driver was walking out the door. At 8:30, the app finally changed to say the delivery was in its way. It took another 30min before the order was here. Almost 2 hrs after the order. The order was cold and soggy. Do not order from here.

I guess local businesses are giving jobs overseas now. I spoke to someone overseas ordering my pizza. I’m not sure they care much about my pizza. I didn’t get what I ordered. He didn’t put down the order right, so that the order was made properly. He took my order wrong? I also won’t give my credit card information over the phone to someone overseas. I won’t be back.

We have ordered very large orders here 3 times in the past month for parties. The staff has always been very nice and helpful even though there has only been 1 person in store and 1 person as a delivery driver. I spoke with someone yesterday, wish I had gotten his name, about my order I am placing today for 20 pizzas and he had a great attitude and even thanked me for letting him know ahead of time. Terrible. Just like the other reviews waited 2 hrs while the pizza was in prep. I called the store but was directed to a call center; not the actual store? Once I was connected, after I was talking to someone she gave the rudest answer and said sorry you ordered pizza on a Friday night- we only have 1 line cook. Maybe get another one on on a busy night? Maybe pay your workers more? We normally order pizza from this store but it really has gone downhill.

Called to order pizza. Wanted one large two topping one lava cake and one order of wings. The man who spoke to me on the phone must have been having a language barrier issue. His English was not very good but yet I tried to work with him. He asked to go over the order two more times and at this point I was questioning whether the order was actually going to be put in right. He then asked if I wanted to pay over the phone or in person. I reply with I will pay in person. He then said oh I’m sorry any orders over $50 has to be paid in person. I said how much is my order? He replied with $68 which I thought was rather high for what I ordered. He then said I’m going to have to put you through to an automated system for you to use your credit card to pay which I never heard of before. At that point I just hung up and didn’t order anything. At what point does it become so complex to order a simple pizza order seriously? I guess we’ll try Pizza Hut.

Service, hours, and price are great. Quality is not bad by any means, but like most things, you get what you pay for. The Italian restaurants make better pizza but it costs twice as much and takes twice as long to bake. If I got that quality with everything else I mentioned then I’d give them 6 stars but for now I save my 5 stars for the restaurants and not fast food pizza so 4 stars is the highest they can achieve with me
