Toughest mother
We ordered in the app to pick up at the store during a non busy time. It took 3 times as long as the app said it should. My husband showed up to the store and there was one guy working who acted like he did not care to make our order. They were “out” of the tots and gave us salads instead. The salads tasted bad. Everything was either the wrong size or missing toppings. Even the brownie we ordered was bad. I’ve never seen a brownie that was a quarter of an inch tall. The chicken wings had blue cheese squirted all over them rather than a cup of blue cheese like it was supposed to have. It had so much dressing on it i felt sick eating it. We spent almost 60 bucks and it was all junk.

Cheap pizza the kids love. They get our order right most of the time, but when they don’t (usually leave off an extra topping) they remake the pizza. Incentive for them to get it right the first time. They do frequently change employees and managers and some have been great while others are obviously burnt out.

Ordered pizza online for pickup and when we got it home it was like they took a tiny pinch of toppings and scattered it on, you can count how many is on there just by looking, (if your curious, 21 slices of ham and 20 pieces of pineapple and 18 pieces of jalapeños) one of the slices only had 3 pieces of ham! I usually like dominos but their presentation and quantity of topping were lacking, I didn’t realize I got 50%less toppings when I got 50% off.

I ordered a medium half cheese/ half onion and bacon pizza. I waited an hour before calling them. Then they told me it was coming out of the oven and it would be another 30 minutes before it got to my door. So it would be cold. I will not be calling this place in the future and will tell everyone I know not to call them as well.

The food quality is spot on, Customer service is above reproach. If you want tasty pasta, pizza and a side of cheesy bread made to order SWAT Autoglass gives this location 10 out of 10 all the way around. As you can see the food is all gone. The best compliment you can give is a clean plate in this case it’s an empty box. Keep up the good work we’ll be back for more.

This was one of my worst experiences with Dominos. The online experience was fast and easy. When going into Dominos to pick up my pizzas, an employee was rude because I didn’t initially hear what she said and she had to repeat herself. No attitude needed because I couldn’t hear her. The pizza wasn’t prepared to order. BBQ was on the order; but not on the pizza. Please corporate Dominos teach your employees how to read and have customer service skills.

They’ve really gone down hill. Placed an order ahead of time to avoid having to wait forever. Ha! Not only was is late; the pizza was stale, overdone, and barely warm. The folded receipt, which had obviously been touched, was placed on the pizza itself. My chicken ceaser salad had expired 4 days prior as well. The last few orders had been less than ideal as well. I understand things are rough right now, but this has been disappointing for quite some time now. I’m done ordering from this location for right now.

Ordered online, we were warned about additional wait time due to lack of staff and everyone was apologetic and nice so no concern there. We ordered a large Brooklyn Style with pep and a large Hand Tossed with ham and premium chicken (an upcharge). We got two large Hand Tossed and one without the chicken. Either train the staff adequately or close until you can provide decent service. We used to rely on this location for pizza because the competition in the area was a let down, consistently. Though reading the other reviews on this location has given me a pretty good idea of the kind of service to expect. We regularly promote this location at events and to friends and family. That won’t be the case going forward.
