Pretty sad, order said complete OVER AN HOUR before it was delivered, called up there and they said they only had one driver, okay cool don’t say order is complete when it isn’t, I have had nothing but issues with this dominos since being here, I’ve been to MANY different dominos across many of states and this one has been the worst, I’ve had other dominos places offer free food for delays or poor service, but with this one it is nothing but excuses, if you can’t get it to me then call and say something and I’ll come get it myself, instead I received my food not even luke warm!

Pizza was not correct. Ordered an ultimate pep with extra cheese, received neither. Pizza was also burnt on thin crust. Garlic bread knots ordered and they poured the sauce over knots whilst in the box, coating everything in the grease. Wish I could post the pics, its bad. Every box is Grey from the grease. My table has grease from placing the boxes on it.

Placed order on line at 7:20 for delivery (against my better judgment). Ordered 3 pizzas & one salad. The tracker kept me informed & she arrived with our order at 8:34. I realize they are probably busy so the time didn’t bother me until she forgot our salad & returned at 8:42 with the salad. We still tipped even though it took so long. Only thing I can recommend is do CARRY OUT not DELIVERY!

Among the worst pizza and cheese sticks my whole family has ever eaten. 8 people and everyone said that it was nasty. Considering the cost of pizza at Dominos, it was not a good experience.

The store called and asked if I would like to change my order because they was out of chicken. I was not told that there would be an up charge nor was I told that my order would be voided. When we went in to fix the order after them saying I could order the other pizza and it was fine. The manager rolled his eyes at us and was very rude. Mind you there was no curse words exchange we just simply wanted to know why they could not of warned us of the .50 cent charge before voiding the card. They had the number to call because they just called. So now it will take 3 to 5 days to refund the money and we walked out with no food and none of our money. The last manager that was there was very nice and fixed mess ups these managers are rude and try to screw people over. Maybe the older gentleman that walked out was correct when he said “maybe you ladies will have better luck than me.” Because tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had with dominos! I wish I could give zero stars!!! It was a large order 8 pizzas to be exact but they couldn’t help in no way. And laughed when we asked for corporates number.

Three times three times I ordered samething as always 2 mild wings , chicken Alfredo bowl and 2 cheesy bread. I got 1 order of chicken wings nothing on them a meatball bowl and 4 cheesy bread. How is that even close to my order. They need new workers and I’d really like to know who owns this business. Spend $45.00 and get nothing I ordered other then the bread.

I realize its a chain pizza place but the quality and some customer service basics since opening has declined drastically. Almost every time our order has been accurate, but like I said before quality, and in my eyes that follows closely to accuracy of an order. Seriously at this point would almost travel out of town, purchase frozen pizza, or in a desperate want of pizza would almost likely settle for Casey’s pizza. Over all don’t waste your money or time.
