We order from here A LOT. We ordered 5 pizzas and 7 sauces. The driver showed up with 4 of our sauces. Like usual, the store did not send our Mango Habenero sauce. I tipped the driver. I called the store. The store proceeded to tell us that they would send a driver back out with our sauce. We waited another 45 minutes and called the store back. The person who answered claimed he did not know what was going on. Kept using the word “YEP” which isn’t very professional and couldn’t give me any answers. I seriously hope they handle future situations a little better and refund us for the things we never received. Communication and making things right go a long way.

We called in an order for pick up. When we arrived, we were told our pizza was made incorrectly. We were given the mistake pizza, free of charge. The correct pizza was made quickly. It was brought to us. Both were amazingly delicious! I’m not a fan of pizza crust but even the crust was tasty. We ordered extra sauce. I’m convinced that made the difference in the outer crust flavor.

I ordered 80$ worth of pizza and wings I ordered the 32 piece and got half I called and said I was really sorry to have to do this and explained I had half of my order. The lady was really nice but then I got a call from the manager Jonah who made me count my chicken and sent me 9 more. And was full of disrespect. I will rather go to pizza in with exceptional customer service. It was an absolute waste of money. I will never buy from DOMINOS AGAIN . I hope he gets fired. 🙂
