Second time in a row with this store, first time took them an hour and a half to deliver. This time, almost 2 hours and no pizza. Canceled the order, this place needs new management. What a joke

Why in tf would this be sent out. Excuse was “we’re really busy”. I’m sorry but that’s what quality check is for and drivers are suppose to check as well. Dough wasnt proofed enough so it kinda tasted bad and the pizza was flat. This is after i had to go down there and have them remake it. Not to mention when I walked out there was three workers smoking in a car. So if you don’t care about the job quit and if it’s the pay that’s the problem. Walk out, demand more pay or form a union. I get no caring because of those reasons but customers shouldn’t have to feel the effects of those.

DO NOT ODER DELIVERY FROM HERE. They are so short staffed. I ordered and the app said 30-40 min, an hour goes by and I call the store. No answer after placing 6 calls so I drive to the store. There is ONE worker dealing with multiple angry customers with the same problem. The one worker was very very sweet, and was handling every situation very and offering to remake everyone’s order. This is nothing against her and honestly she deserves better. It is not safe to have one worker dealing with a bunch of angry customers. And also- they don’t over refunds. So beware, if you order pizza order pick up

Waited longer than was quoted for a delivery only for them to be missing my kids pizza. The delivery guy said he would have to finish his other deliveries first. So I called the store waiting 30 mins for someone to even answer the phone. So I decided to go up there only to be greeted by a super rude worker. I work in a restaurant I know how it goes. So I asked for a refund and she was like do you still want the pizza and I said yea it’s my kids dinner. And she’s like we are busy making orders that people are actually paying for. So I said I would be calling corporate and then she decided she would do the refund but I just left because I didn’t want to argue with her anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. And not even half of what happened.

Online order for pepperoni and sausage pizza. Got a sausage pizza. Paid for 4 dipping sauces didn’t get them. Ordered the new Tator tots and there were no Tator tots just chicken? Went back for my sauces not realizing the tots were chicken and no apology just handed me my sauces and told me to have a nice night. Called got the delivery guy who did apologize and asked my name so they could be more careful on my next order? Guess the rest of you will have to take your chances that they be more careful with your order. In their defense I only saw two people working on a Thursday night. But seriously chicken instead of Tator tots?

Well not eating here ever again. Waited 2 hours for my delivery when they said it would be 25 minutes. Tried calling the store to cancel my order, but the phone literally rang for an hour straight without anyone picking it up. I had to drive to the store to cancel my order. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. Taking my business to papa John’s, funhouse, and minskys ✌️

I LOVE the Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza. I tried to call this location and order as I usually do. The crew member was very rude and could not take the order. I had to place it online. When I picked it up, I checked the pizzas, and they were NOT what I typically get with my favorite pizza. I questioned several team members, who were all very rude, and then found out that I had actually been talking to the manager. He literally admitted that he didn’t follow the specs when making them, yet refused to remake them. Phoenix and his crew were of no help, and definitely gives the Domino’s brand a bad name. All I wanted was my favorite pizza!

I ordered my pizza at exactly 6:51 PM. I NEVER got my pizza. They just practically took the money and ran. I did call them around 9 PM. They left me on hold for about 45 minutes until I hung up because I was busy that night. Today is a new day and I still don’t have my pizza nor my money back. This store is a scam. Don’t order from them.

I’ve been having an issue with my delivery on the app for about 4 months now. I called several times about it no one was ever able to help me. But the GM is this Domino’s asked me what address I had in the app was and it was a simple as changing the address from road to Street. It was a super simple fix but no one else could figure it out. Kudos to this young lady. She’s great. Very helpful very knowledgeable. She needs a raise.

I’m usually a Papa Johns guy, my mother in-law wanted Dominos so we went for that tonight. I ordered $64 worth of food and wished I had snapped a photo of the food I got. All I’ll say is I had a pizza short, one was a medium not a large….I called up requested that it be re-made and I’d be up there with the old food. She insisted they’d have it sent out, no thank you. Went up and got my pizza and jalapeño pineapple chicken and right where she is cutting pizza are some cigs and a lighter…..smh….and I’m a smoker…..smh…..anyways….second go around with the food was amazing and delicious 5⭐️!!!!! Customer service (which ultimately drives revenue) 0 ⭐️‘S…….the situation could have been handled way way better. I never asked for a refund or my tip and delivery fee! Just wanted good food with good customer service in the case something went wrong.
