my orders are usually messed up at this location. on this last round, i ordered easy cheese and what i got was no cheese no sauce. they staff tried to convince me that it was ordered like that and when i showed my receipt showing it wasnt, they still wouldnt take responsibility. The time before that the tracker showed it was done but it never came out. Staff said “we’ll get that out to you” aftwr checking the warmer area. After waiting and waiting, i started questioning them again and they handed me a cold pizza and said they called my name but that i never claimed it…. while i was sitting there after i asked for it the first time….

Burnt my cheese on everything I ordered, and the food was cold. The store was only ran by two people and was busy. This location is terrible. I’m not impressed. I would have posted the pictures of the rest but my wife was so mad she threw it out before I could get pictures. And don’t order for delivery because last time I did that the guy couldn’t find my house so he marked it as delivered and tried to keep my order. Instead of calling. I ended up having to go up there and have them replace my entire order.

I waited over 2 hours for pizza. I tried calling the store after waiting the first hour to see if I could just come pick up the pizza, was told it was on the way, another hour later, our pizza guy Charles comes. Super nice and understanding, come to find out he’s the only driver. He did great but management needs to get better or something.

40 minutes after placing my order the tracker still said in “prep” so I called to make sure my order wasn’t forgotten. Was told it’s out for delivery. Nearly 2 hours after I placed the order, they called me to let me know they’re just going to cancel my order. They didn’t even attempt to make it right. Just not interested in doing business. It seems their manager, Dawn, is the problem. She was just bailing out of the restaurant while they were drowning in work and was just yelling instructions at the guy while I was on the phone and she was on her way out the door. Guess I’m doing Pizza Hut any time I want delivery.

I have ordered gluten free crusts on more than one occasion and have received regular crust pizzas. The loaded tots are soggy and the wings are soggy. I don’t know what has happened, I used to love ordering from this location.

ZERO stars terrible location: Ordered food at 900 pm to have it delivered from this location to our place. The money has been charged to the bank. Automated system says the pizza was ready @ 1002 pm. It is now midnight and still have not gotten our order. Have tried calling the local location which states they are open until 100 am and nobody will answer the phone. Very disappointed with this location on 24 highway in independence Missouri. Dont recommend using them. Not everyone can get out to go pick up their order that never gets delivered. Can’t post pictures when never get the food.

Just felt it was the right thing to mention, they’ll have you wait 2 hrs for your pizza, call and say they’re outside when they’re not, tell you their engine blew out so they can’t deliver…after I called the 3rd time to see what the hold up was. Poor service, and poor management.

If I could give no stars I would waited for over 1:30 minutes for the lady to start arguing with me when I just ask what was the status of my order when I went in she said it’s going to be like 30 minutes I said no problem after 1 hour I ask what was going on she ignored me then said she was just one person I asked to cancel my order because it was taking so long and she gave me attitude really rude not professional never will I return to this location
