Did not deliver our orders multiple times. Drove to pick it up and was told they hadnt made almost 2 hours after the order. The kid (playing on his pone) claimed they were short staffed even with 4 other workers (including delivery driver) sitting around. When they went to check on our order we saw them find our pizzas which had been sitting out for over an hour on a top shelf. They will not answer their phone. I have lodged a complaint with corporate.

Didn’t eat at Domino’s for years because it had gotten so bad, but when they moved in less than a block away we gave it a try again 1st, 2nd really Bad, year later 3rd really really good, month after that horrible 2 pizzas neither not even close to what was ordered on top of waiting almost an hour on a Sunday night

Placed an online order and a few minutes later received an email that my order was canceled. Then had a rude lady call to inform me that they didn’t have a driver and she canceled my order. No option was given to come pick it up even. This is a pain when you find out what everyone wants and take the 10 minutes to put everything in the computer. I normally wouldn’t care, but this person was rather rude and not even a simple apology or given an option to come get it.

Quite possibly the poorest ran pizza establishment I’ve ever encountered. The pizza was ordered for delivery and never arrived although it was marked as completed. We tried to call the store and was on hold after hold as someone kept answering the phone then disconnecting us immediately. Frustrated, I drove down to the store to investigate and was greeted by a crowd of people waiting outside for the same issue, who informed me the store was locked (during business hours).

I would rate this with ZERO STARS, but there’s no option for this. We order a pizza for carryout and was instructed to arrive as the pizza was ready. I arrive at the store and the manager (john or josh) was still making the pizza. Not only was the order not ready, but they were quoting me another :20 AND he was wearing NO GLOVES WHILE MASSAGING our food!

Never again. 2 employees came in from smoking and did not wash their hands. They went right over and started making food. I seen that my food was coming out the oven so I told the guy on the register that I didnt want them handling my food because they didnt wash their hands. He said something to them and they both got an attitude. The cheesy bread was awful. The wings were worse than the bread. And they are slooowww. I ordered online and when I got there it still wasn’t ready. I waited an extra 30 minutes for that nasty $#@ food. TRASH!!!!

Definitely playing pizza roulette here; there’s either no one in the store or your order is wrong. I’d just go with papa johns for this area because it’s consistent unless you see someone actually in the store and you go in an order. If you can fix the order in person, they’re normally pretty quick to get out the order.
