We order from this location frequently! It’s great for a ‘fast food’ pizza chain, but where they stand out for the area is in customer service. The employees are almost always kind and the couple of times anything was wrong they immediately fixed it and have even offered to go above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience when so often the only thing most places offer anymore is an ‘extra’ attitude!

I placed an order 36+ hours prior to pick up on 8/20 at 12:15pm for my sons 2nd birthday party. I go to pick it up and no employees are there. Lights off. No cars in the lot. Idiot customer service tells me the order will be placed for 8/20 at 1:30pm because employees don’t clock in til 1:30pm. THEN customer service transfers me to the store phone knowing there are no employees clocked in to take my call. They had an entire day to tell me no one would be there to make the order. My guests had no food that was pre paid for. The least they could’ve done is tell me so I could order Pizza Hut instead.

Ordered online. Order was cancelled 10 minutes later. Email said to call the store for questions. Needless to say nobody picked up after two calls. Good thing I’ll get my money back in 2-5 business days. I’m assuming they can’t get a delivery driver or employees, but I would assume if they can’t fulfill an order they would not allow you to order and pay for one that will be cancelled almost immediately.

Would have gave a 5 but my order got canceled. The phones was messed up so I had to drive all the way to the store to see why it was canceled. The guy explained but ended up making it work to where my kids got their pizza brownies and wings. He was very compassionate about everything.

My order was canceled on me 30 minutes after it was made, just when I expected it to be delivered, with no other communication. This was my first experience with this location, and will obviously be my last. Left a %20 tip on delivered order, I guess this is a strong indicator of how they do business.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered delivery online on a Friday at 8pm. Waiting over an hour for pizza. Called the store and never was answered for 45 minutes because we had already paid for the pizza and never was helped or got our call answered. Never got our pizza but they took our money. Recommend to never order from this location.

The females that work during the week are amazing. They guy from Sunday may 21st though I am not sure why it was so backed up. I ordered lol after 5pm since I have 2 year old didn’t get my average order till 7. Definitely don’t recommend of you need to make a hit time.

Ordered online for delivery, dominos tracker said complete but my order was never delivered so naturally I called and no answer. order was never cancelled or refunded so I decided to drive to the store which was closed at 10 o’clock when online it says they don’t close until 12am Doubt anyone will see this or care considering this isn’t their first review like this I just wish I could’ve gotten a refund!

The last 3 times that i’ve placed an order here at 8-9PM they cancel more order or refuse to make it. Their hours listed are a blatant lie and it was a pain to get my free pizza coupon back last time that they cancelled it (consumed the coupon even though I received no food).

Order was never delivered! Tried calling an hour after ordering online to get status update but nobody would answer. Just sat on hold. No call. No text. No email to let me know. On 2 previous occasions I’ve gotten an email saying that they cancelled my order but with no explanation. This is outrageous. The neighbors on our street don’t even try to order from Domino’s anymore because their orders were getting cancelled too. I want my refund.
