DO NOT ORDER AT THIS DOMINOS!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Domino’s. When I got my food delivered my tater tot’s were eaten out of, the driver who ate my food dropped my food when he got here, and my cinnamon sticks had parmesan instead of cinnamon. I called back up to dominos and the only thing the manager had to say was “my drivers would never do that” when they in fact did. They made us new tots and cinnamon sticks but when we drove up there to get our food (even though we paid a delivery fee) the guy who ate our food decided to argue with me and was very unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me I was trippin and was yelling at me like I wasn’t a customer giving them business and wasn’t obviously upset about the situation. He told me he had been working there for 6 years but I guess he’s been eating other peoples food for the past 6 years. The other worker there agreed with us that the food wasn’t right which proved my point. The fact that this dominos already has a 2.8 star explains everything. The Pizza toppings were on the side like someone had dropped the pizza. I wanted another pizza but they don’t answer the phone. Waited on hold for 40 minutes for no answer. I Called back and said I wanted to order so I would get a person. I asked for a manager and they put me back on the same hold line. Another 20 minutes and no person. Sent an email and was assured they would resolve the issue. That was a month ago. Just don’t give this place money. I’ll spend the extra cash from now on to get actual customer service.

Pizza hat is better.. My question is if you pay more for extra pepperoni, should it at least have a little more than normal? If you pay for each topping individually. Should they add less and less as they put them on? Or should the topping price get lower and lower as you add them?

This location has definitely gone down hill. Food is always overcooked or they don’t get it right and if you try to place an order after 10pm they say they are preparing it and then bam order canceled. Last time I used my dominoes points for 2 free pizzas as well as about $30 worth of other food just to have them cancel my order but still take my points which they never gave back. Also was never adjusted for the delivery fee another time when they called saying the driver and I had to go pick it up. So far they have gotten for delivery and 2 medium pizzas not to mention the other food that was almost inedible. Very disappointed in this location and Dominoes as a whole.

Placed an online order last night. About an hour after order was placed, received a call from a guy saying it was only him and one other person working, with one delivery driver. He said they were about an hour behind and asked if we still wanted our order. I said yes and we’d call back if we changed our mind. An hour passes. Two hours pass. I’m calling the store repeatedly to figure out what is going on. I finally ate some cereal and went to bed about 4 hours after the order was originally placed, without another word from Domino’s. And the charges are still pending to my account. Uh no, I don’t effin’ think so.

We ordered a pizza from this location after a long day at worlds of fun. That was two hours ago. We’ve all ready paid in full and included a tip!!! We still have yet to receive our order of two pizzas, loaded tots and chicken bites. Lol WRF!!!!!!! Can’t even get someone on the phone to explain this chaos!!! Will never ever order Domino’s again!!!

Worst experience ordered food never made. Got hung up on. Phone delivery people just kept transferring me back to the store even though we told them they wouldn’t answer. After over an hour I went to the store and found nobody there. The money has been taken from my account. Nobody there to provide a refund or any explanation for any of this.

Ordered online and the order was cancelled, the store was having phone issues so I drove to the store. Spoke with the manager and she explained the technical issues that they had been having. Apologized and got me my order. She was very pleasant to work with, and genuinely wanted to make sure that the customers were taken care of.
