Last week I ordered pizza for delivery. Estimated 36 minutes. I got a call about 10 minutes before the expected time and they told me my order was going to be about another hour. Okay. No problem. My husband can wait. Two hours go by and he finally gets the order. I placed an order today for a medium thin crust with cheese, medium pepperoni, and the Parmesan twists with cheesy marinara dip. Placed the order at 4:30 to pick up at 8:30. I sit in curbside for 25 minutes before a woman walks out with my order. I get home, to find that my pizza had no sauce, and my cheesy marinara dip was burnt to the pan cheese with no sauce. I call and wait 20 minutes for someone to pick up. I explain the situation and asked to have a credit so I can order it next time. The man on the phone said sure and that I was all set. Never once asked for my phone number or the name on my account. Haven’t gotten an email confirmation or anything. Please just take your money somewhere else.

Made a carryout order of 4 pizzas, philly cheese steak and parmesan bites. So where were the pepperoni on here? No where to be found on the two slices eaten. Called the store and were hung up by MOD, a dude named Chris and three more calls were quickly hung up.

I don’t know why I have continually given this Domino’s a chance. They completely lie about delivery time. If you try to call and ask any questions they actually hang up on you. A delivery driver even said that the manager, Thomas will choose to hang up on people as opposed to deal with or dress a problem because every order is a problem. They constantly make excuses for not having enough delivery drivers but yet they don’t have full disclosure with customers. It’s one thing to take a long time it’s another thing to lie about it. Horrible.

Placed an purser at 9:55 PM online and was cancelled immediately. So I then called afterwards a placed an order over the phone. The person who took my order was very happy and helpful. After the call I look at my bank logs and they cancelled that order immediately!

This location needs to be shut down. Seriously. This has to be the absolute worst staff, location, management, everything. There is 0 reason why a person should be allowed to leave an order, track an order for an hour, and then just suddenly see that your order has been canceled with 0 communication. The employees won’t answer the phone. They just sit around the store. We have gone up there every time this happens and they don’t even apologize. They just shrug and say they are out of toppings and sit there collecting their check.

Worst Dominos on the planet. If you order a delivery, and they confirm it, they might just tell you that they refuse to deliver and it’s on you to retrieve your pizza. They won’t even offer a refund or discount.
