This is to much sauce the last time I got this pizza the sauce was under the toppings and today it’s on the toppings. Then my salad dressing was hot because the driver Travis put it on top of the hot pizza box. I am very disappointed in this pizza.I gave Travis 35$ and my total was $34.23 and he didn’t give me my change and he didn’t even count the money before he left from my door and then goes to his car waits a few minutes then comes back to my door and said I shorted him 10$. I am manager at Pizza Hut and my delivery drivers are supposed to count the money before they leave the customers house. I gave him a 20,10, and 5 ones and I had two 10s and wen he came back to get the 10 I only had one in my wallet. So be aware of him cause he pocketed my 10$ and said I never gave it to him. I called the store and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate in the morning because that is stilling from the company

I have been a customer for years. I place delivery orders often. I always tip my driver. Have never had an issue until now. My order was incorrect and when I contacted the store, the person who answered was friendly and offered to fix my order. In the middle of that conversation, another employee got on the phone and said “we can only fix the pizza if you return the other pizza.” I explained that I had no problems doing that because I would rather have the correct pizza that I ordered and paid for but there was 2 pieces missing from it because my daughter ate them and that’s when she told me that it didn’t have chicken on it. I was then told they they weren’t going to fix it then. I told that person that I would go ahead and contact corporate because it was their mistake and them refusing to fix it wasn’t okay. I was then told “have fun with that” and hung up on. I was not being rude or difficult. I didn’t want a free pizza, I wanted the correct pizza with the toppings that I paid for. There was absolutely no reason for me to be treated so poorly. The person that interjected was not even the manager. This was handled poorly and not in a professional manner.
