Ordered online but this time there was a snafu. The order was not ready upon arrival and could not find the order. We paid for it but got no pizza. After calling Domino’s customer service they had to manage your call me and explain what happened. I am very pleased with the managers response and will continue to use this Domino’s

Was not sure about this when we pulled up. We don’t live in town but wanted hot sandwiches and pasta. When we realized they had tables so we could dine in we were quick to order and had the best lunch experience ever. I wish I had taken pictures of our food cause it was perfect. I’m from Chicago and my sister is living in Parsons. Today is her golden birthday and she wasn’t having the best day. I placed an online order at this location and called and asked if they could leave her a little message from her family over here for us. They wrote the nicest message for her, signed our names and theirs on the box and delivered it to her. Made her day so much better, food looked great. I spoke with a very nice woman on the phone, wish I remembered her name, but she was fantastic and did exactly what we asked. It’s nice when you find a business that will go an extra mile for you without hesitation! Thanks to the manager on duty as well who helped!
