My family and I love Domino’s. We love to eat Domino’s often and they’ve never let us down with the quality and delivery time of the food. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. The pizzas always come fresh and warm and of course are very tasty. From time to time I’ve gone to the location for pick ups since they have amazing discounts when you do a pick up. Their facility is always clean and it seems clutter free and well organized. Their hours are very convenient and it fits our schedules perfectly. If we’re not eating pizza, we’re eating subs or pastas or salads. However the most common thread when we eat at Domino’s are the cookie dough brownies. They are by far the best dessert that is out there. If you haven’t gotten one of these with your pizza or pasta then I highly recommend you do so. I guarantee it will be an explosion of flavor ending in bliss.

The restraunt itself was fast and friendly so no issues there. But I haven’t had domino’s in a long time so we tried it again. This is actually the worst tasting pizza I’ve had. Little Caesars is better and so is Walmart frozen.

The guy cj took our order and this was at 10 o clock. He said they would bring us our food took our address, our food hasn’t came an hour has passed we call them and he said sorry looks like we aren’t able to bring you your food tonight, so we place an order online before closing and they cancel that also. What in the world is wrong with this stores professionalism? I’m very confused on how you can take an order for a customer and then not show up and then don’t bother to call the customer they have to call you?

After prepaying for my large order for a school group plus calling to confirm twice, my deliver did not arrive. I called to check and was told it was outside the delivery area and they cancelled the order. The manager was a very unpleasant and rude. I asked them to make the order and we would come pick it up. She hung up on me. I called back to ask if she was making the order. She started screaming at me saying it would takes over an hour to make that many pizzas and wouldn’t be able to make other people’s pizza. She also said since the order had been cancelled it has disappeared so she didn’t know what it was and again did not plan to make it. But you know who could? Pizza Hut Papillon. They made 15 pizzas for me in 20 minutes saving the the day! Nobody out pizzas the Hut.

2nd time in a month I received subpar pasta primavera. First time they forgot the spinach and alfredo sauce so pasta was dry. This time I recieved a spoonful of alfredo sauce in one corner while the rest of the seemed like half order of pasta (barely covered the outer edges of the dish and empty in the middle) that was dry and burnt on some edges. Very disappointed with the quality control at this store.

We order from dominos pretty regularly but unfortunately this location has gone down hill. Recently we’ve gotten completely burnt food, wrong quantities, and cold food. We’ve also had a delivery time quoted and had to call for them to say the foods been ready and could we pick it up because they don’t have enough drivers. We understand short staffed but seriously… just call people and tell them it’s longer than expected. Not ask me to cancel or come get it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! We just got the MOST RUDE, supposedly general manager EVER! My husband was disrespected on the phone while ordering, and when he got to the store he questioned who took his order. She informed him, RUDELY, that she did and claimed to be the general manager. As if that isn’t enough, she was rude to his face. THEN on his way home, she called him and informed him that “her store” WOULD NO LONGER TAKE ORDERS FROM US. She accused my husband of cussing at her. My husband is a Pastor!!! WE DON’T CUSS!!! I will NEVER grace “her store” again!!! I will instead choose Godfathers, even at their prices over “her store”!
