I’ve arrived twice now to pickup a carry out order and was told it wasn’t ready. This most recent time I arrived and after five minutes was told that it might be 30 minutes to an hour. This was after I arrived at the time I was told to arrive. I said that I’d like to cancel my order. While my order was being canceled I told my partner to make other dinner and plans. Before my order was canceled by the staff, I was then told that my order was in the oven and would be ready shortly. I explained the situation and was referred to another staff member. I explained again and she said that it was no problem to cancel. I said that it in fact was a problem. She said that the new kid didn’t know anything since he’d been there a week and only knows what they yell at him. I find everything about this unsatisfactory and disappointing. I’ve worked at pizza places, restaurants, and delivery joints in the past and understand that they aren’t the best jobs in the world but they should be so bad that I can’t get a straight answer when picking up my food and the excuse given is that my coworker doesn’t know anything when we yell at him. He was a brace faced teenager in a poor part of town, that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be trained and certainly doesn’t mean he doesn’t know anything. Please don’t patronize Domino’s! They clearly “don’t know anything.

I was highly disappointed with my food. Out of the 4 items I bought; one of the pizzas was good. I added onions on one and I had an onion on every other slice. My pasta had 2-3 little pieces of bacon on it, a couple pieces of chicken, a couple pieces of onions and it was dry. And my sandwich was basically the same as my pasta. By the way I didn’t even touch the pasta it didn’t look appealing AT ALL!!

I like giving the benefit of doubt. My last 3 orders from this place have taken over an hour to get. And the orders have been hit or miss. More so on the miss. I live less than 15 mins from the location. Toppers cost a little more but taste better, it will be hot on arrival, and you’ll get it faster. Don’t wait 2 hours for ok food

I always do takeout as I’m close and have a constant fear of mess ups. It paid off for me today as the pizza I received didn’t have the correct toppings. Annoying yes, but I gotta give the store credit as they made me a new pizza immediately no questions asked in addition to letting me keep the other. As a person who personally works in the CS world I know you’re not going to get it right 100% of the time. It’s your willingness to own up and correct those mistakes that will makes me stay a customer. Thanks Dominos. See ya next time

My family or 4 waited 30min at a restaurant and the waiter ignored us while my sons drink sat empty and my husband tried to flag her down so we left seeing as we didn’t have our food either. Ordered from Domino’s and headed to pick it up. Got there, and the tracker still was on Prep, so I popped into the store and the gentleman at the counter asked if I was the pickup and apologized they were slightly behind but was working on that order. Very respectful. I noticed 2 of my 3 pepperoni pizza had jalapeños when we ordered only 1 with and they apologized and promptly made us a new one without. Very nice staff. We order from this store all the time. Thank you.

Placed online order pick-up around 10:15pm and order was ready @ 10:36pm went to drive thru and the employee was very curtious. The food was very well cooked, hot and tasted great. I’m not a big fan of pizza or eat it often, but Domino’s gained a new customer!
