Haven’t ordered dominoes in a long time. Now I remember why. The order took an hour and a half to deliver. The pizza was burnt cold and bairly had any sauce. It was like cardboard. Crust was also hard. Absolutely horrible

The store seemed fine, except for the price being much higher than advertised and the lack of sauce on the pizza. The receipt did not have a total amount on it. The online ordering hides all of the price increases, and since I got no extras on things, there was no excuse for the overcharges. The guy at the counter was really trying to be helpful, though.

Ordered delivery. 90 mins later no pizza, called, immediately put on hold, drove there, still on hold, spoke to manager Doug, demanded money back, all while still on hold and on speaker phone. Incompentant! I live less than a mile away. Doug got a smiley smirk on his face too. Because they don’t care about customers or the success of business. Too many other pizza places that are competent. Dont risk your dinner only to be unfed 2 hours later.

While my pizza is usually good tasting, though often cold, delivery is a joke. My estimated time was 91-101 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and there’s no sign of the driver and they do not answer their phone. I get that people are short staffed, but you have my number, reach out. Send an update. Text me. Don’t forget my Coca-Cola. Delivery driver is always pleasant but clearly stressed by the workload. Do better for your people Dominos.

My girlfriend and I came into this location to order some food and let me just say the pizzas we ordered were top notch! General Manager (Doug) did an outstanding job and he’s very nice! I would recommend everyone to check this spot out!!!

This location is a joke at this point. Dominos has always been my favorite place to get pizza, but after today I will no longer be ordering from this location specifically. First of all, the giant bubbles in the pizza. I’m sorry, but if being understaffed is going to be the excuse now, then train the staff that you do have to make pizza correctly. Also, ordered boneless chicken with 3 sides of sauce and received NO sauce. Gotta love sauce-less chicken! Last, the cheesy bread isn’t even fully cooked. I’ve learned my lesson now and won’t be ordering from this location ever again. They issued me a refund, so I guess that’s how they “handled my situation” to shut me up. Bye!
