You place an order online and 30 mins later it’s still not even in the oven. Try to call and just sit on hold with no answer. Do yourself a favor and go to Marco’s pizza where you will actually get a response.

Due to the close location to our home, we decided to pick up the pizzas instead. The service was quick and friendly. I was surprised by how simple the ordering process was and how friendly everyone was when I walked in. I would highly recommend picking up your pizza. The service at this location was excellent. Please explain how these are exactly the same pizzas. I ordered two steak and green peppers with light bbq sauce pizzas. The second one taste just how it looks nasty. You turn off the tracker 10 minutes before we even get a chance to pick up the Pizza saying that we already picked it up to keep your timer down and make it look like you’re getting your pizzas out on time clearly you’re not I would rather you tell me to wait for another pizza then to be served what you served me and this is not the first time but if you call you don’t get anything resolved.
