The staff is cleanly. Quick. They really work together at this location. I haven’t eat domino’s in a long time but was invited by someone to check it out. The order was ready within 15 minutes. The bathrooms were clean on my visit. The atmosphere was welcoming. Only wish there were I’ve music. But that’s where I come in.

Horrible!!! First time ordering from this Domino’s.The bread was soaking in grease (butter) so it was soggy at the bottom. It was also fried too hard or old (most likely old) so it was hard at the top. If you won’t eat it you shouldn’t sell, it was ridiculous. I couldn’t even eat it. Definitely, will not be returning.

I live nearby, so I use this location often. However, management needs to change. It’s been the same guy running this place for years, and he often gives not-so-great service. Although we all have our days, management truly does not care about the business. I’d have to vote you retire from here. Someone with a love for people should take over.

So this is %100 on me order wise, but apparently while selecting what I thought was the cheese’s I didn’t want, I also selected no philly steak, which while my own fault, should be separated from the cheese options. This wouldn’t be as annoying if not for the fact that not only did I get there early, but I was sitting in my car waiting for the order for like 15-20 minutes which I was okay with because I thought making steak would take time along with the chicken and a pasta which in hindsight probably shouldn’t have taken as long since there was no steak on the sandwich. But even though I was sitting right there, and they did say sorry for the wait, and let me know my order was working, no one seem to think it was weird that I was essentially ordering bread with onions and mushroom and bell peppers and paying $7 for that. Again, my fault, but being that I’ve worked in the service industry for 13 years, if someone ordered something without meat and the only bread and onions I would at least consider saying “hey since you’re here I just wanted you to know there’s no meat on your sandwich did you actually want it like that because that seems weird.’ But again, while a mistake on my part for not noticing, I find both the setup and series of events leading up to this point were BS. But I still gave 4 stars cause the order was done as specified. It just didn’t account for user error.

Please make it make sense. Placed an order for pepperoni pizza w no cheese. When we picked it up, it smelled burnt. Opened the box and OMG. It was burnef to to a crisp. I took it inside and was told that it looked like this because there was no cheese on it. The pepperoni and the crust were severely burned. I don’t understand what difference it made with or without the cheese. Please make it make sense. Wish I could upload pic

An employee at the drive thru window took 30 minutes to give out orders. The employee looked out the window and saw my car behind the one in front of me. She gave the car in front their order and closed the window. She never came back to the window even though she clearly saw I was waiting to get my order next. She was at the counter by the pizzas twiddling her thumbs. Another employee noticed I was there after about 5 minutes and got my order for me. This drive thru system is a mess. Something needs to be done about this.
