I placed my order and the app said it rejected my card for some reason i then proceeded tring to call the location to let them know after being on hold for 35 min i hung up and tried to call again meanwhile they were prepping my order after more than an hour of waiting no answer on the phone and no food yet !! So i go to the location and the phone is just ringing no one answering they say my pizza is out for delivery and claim my card was charged…. This location used to be the best and quick delivery but now they are the worst never answer the phone and long wait times horrible management!!!

Manager Canceled my order with out letting me know. Manager blamed call center and even the staff of the hotel . The delivery driver was very nice so that was the second star . I hope they get a better manager

So, I live in Slidell. I ordered my mother some pizza for her birthday from the store that’s closest to her in Patterson. After taxes and the average tip was charged to my account I called the store and spoke to the lady whom delivered the pizza to my mother. Apparently on average the tip was a little over 2 bucks. So I asked her what her average tip was and she told me around 5ish. So I then asked her to increase my bill by 10 more dollars bc I wanted to give her this tip. Just doing a good deed. Well, this was 2 days ago. Today I get a message that I was not only charged the 31 bucks…but an additional price of the original order….AGAIN….I’ve been trying for over an hour to speak with a manager to fix this but noone answers the phone at the store. In fact each time I call it rings for 4 times and then someone hangs it up. This is horrible customer service an needs to be IMMEDIATELY addressed by corporate.

After many regular deliveries and orders I just encountered the worst service ever. I will mist likely not be using this restaurant again the future. I literally ordered a delivery and could not find the option online to do half and half so put in the order and IMMEDIATELY called the store to correct and the server would not correct or change the order for me since he had supposedly already made the pizza. This was not even 2 min later. While I agree, this is fast service, they should have agreed to correct the order.

Pizza ok. Big difference from the Morgan City Louisiana location and the Bayou Vista Louisiana location just 5miles away. Bayou Vista seems a like a different franchise for sure. Less toppings…

My local Dominos is awesome! Whether it’s delivery or carryout the employees are so polite and kind. I ALWAYS tip large due to the excellent service. The food is hot, well made and a wonderful delight after a long day of work. Keep up the excellent work!
