Went to this location for the first time to pick up an order. Pizza was hot and ready on time. The place was a mad house, but everyone was friendly. The parking lot is horrible and not easy at all to enter or exit. They really need a drive up window for pickups.

Do not order from them. I ordered pizza because I work at Saint Timothy hospital in the mercy department. My order was $35. I just looked at my account and they charged me $71. That’s a $36 tip when I never left a tip at all when I called. The lady told me that it was a misthat the girl put Everyone’s tips in wrong that day They stole money from me And it’s unacceptable she said She can only give me a credit for my next order. That is not right for ceiling money in trying to give me a credit. Do not use them because they are still in people’s money

Customer service is horrible over here. Please be cautious when ordering online, they only refunded a portion of my money for a pizza that was made wrong and the manager hung up in my face, etc. Very poor customer service, haven’t heard from anyone from the website as of yet, an order Saturday nite.

The manager there named Mike gave us an old pizza. When we called and complained he insisted it was new even though we told him it was old and we would like either a refund or a new pizza . He became hostile and hung up in our faces . The experiences there is usually slow but today was fast but shocking. Will be talking to corporate .

I love their pizza. But I never thought choosing an alternate sauce counted as a topping. The staff is wonderful and have no control over the way the order is done. So I won’t order from them again. It’s not the money it’s the idea that they charge you without any mention it’s extra. Too many other pizza places to go to.

I ordered 2 two topping pizzas, a pasta bowl, and 6 wings. All of these items are available on the 6.99 menu. When I arrived, I was charged 14.49 per pizza, 8.99 for my pasta and 9.99 for the wings. When I asked why I was not given the 6.99 deal, I was told ” u didn’t ask for it.” -michael. Am I missing where the customer come first?I was purposely charged full price. I only went because it was supposed to be 6.99. This will be my last dominos visit.
