Ordered two pizzas yesterday. i placed the order at 10:10 AM scheduled for delivery at 6:15 PM. I never received the order. I called the restaurant 5 times last night, and had been placed on hold for a collective 60 minutes at that point. Called again this morning, and was on hold for 50 minutes before the line suddenly closed. I havent heard anything from the restaurant. No texts, no calls, no emails, nothing. I reached out on twitter and they said they would reach out to the appropriate people. that was almost 4 hours ago. I’ve already paid for my food. This is crazy, it’s like yall just took my money and ran.

Hello I placed an order at 7:00 at 9:00 my order still was not delivered I called and spoke with Alice who had any customer service skills or tact all she could as me is why did I want her name obviously because my order was placed 2hrs ago and my so called quality check was at 7:55 having a sense of urgency is very necessary when in a customer service business especially a food service business I have had several issues with this location this was definitely the last straw completely unprofessional unpleasant and dissatisfied.
