I ordered 3 pizzas tonight around 7:30pm the tracker said it would be ready for pickup around 8pm. When the pizza was picked up the boxes were unusually cooler than normal by the time “ I live just a few miles from this location” I got home and opened the boxes the pizzas looked like they were cooked 3 hours ago and we’re barely room temperature. I’m extremely unsatisfied with my purchase and want my money back or 3 fresh pizzas delivered to me to rectify this issue. This is the location I always order from and this is a first for me experiencing poor quality pickup quality of pizza.

Horrible experience!!! Ive been ordering from this location since I moved to Slidell. They have been getting sloppy when making pizzas and I have been complaining. Today I ordered 4 pizzas for car side delivery. I checked in before they were ready and 7 min later they didn’t bring to the car. I called and asked them to bring to my car. Because they failed to deliver within the 2 min i asked for my free pizza. The General Manager got on the phone called me a liar and refused to give me the pizza. I will never order from them again!

Sorry I didn’t take a photo. I had a large thin crust Vegetable Pizza, Dora ordered a Sandwich, and a Cookie Pizza. Everything was Delicious. That Cookie Pizza was so good I ate two pieces. Thanks Domino’s Pizza Slidell, LA.

Its took 2 hours for us to receive our order. The delivery driver, Stacy, left my food on the ground in front of my door. I attempted to contact the store about this. After pending 37 minutes on hold I was passed off to an answering service; the answering serviced told me to call the store to report the issue. They told me to call the same exact phone number I had just called only to wait nearly an hour to speak to them on. Add on top of that, the pizza was cold.
