Ordered six pizzas. Only 2 arrived already cold. Called the first time to ask about the rest of the order and we were either disconnected or hung up on. The manager came to bring the remaining pizzas, all cold. The thin crust meatzza was burnt black and only had pepperoni on it. Just terrible. The only saving grace was the stuffed cheesy bread as that was actually hot and not burnt.

There was so many issues with my visit but #1 is the fact that dominoes is paying workers in China to take orders and they clearly can’t understand English so they mess up your order and then blame it on you and refuse to correct anything unless you drive ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE STORE for return the wrong pizza and sit there to wait for the correct pizza. No thanks, I wish I had the time to drive all the way back to the store to return the incorrect pizza and sit there and wait but waiting for dominoes pizza is no where on my go do list friend. Ordered 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches and there wasn’t enough meat to cover the bread, microscopic bell peppers and 3 sad pieces of onion. I know how they’re supposed to be because I used to work for Dominoes Pizza. Oh and all the cheese was burnt on the outside of the bread 6/8/23

Ordered extra large Meatzzza pizza with Xtra cheese. There was not enough toppings and the pizza dough was way too thin. Hard to pick up a piece to eat it. Really disappointed!

Ordered food tonight at 11:30 on February 16th, manager delivered my food to me. Proceeded to ask me if i left a 38 cent tip as i rounded up my order as i always do and he said this was an insult and a slap in the face that he would have told his driver’s not to even make the delivery. Then proceeded to ask me if i would leave him a tip after i told him i had no money then wanted me to leave a tip through the app. Disappointed never again.

Website allowed for me to place a delivery order. I called 40 minutes after order was placed because tracker said “thanks for picking up”. I was told they don’t deliver there and that they tried calling. But that the number on my profile wasn’t correct. Which is false, I’ve had many delivery drivers call the number on my profile. So they lied to my face. Then when I got to the store… They still hadn’t made the pizzas yet. Never ordering from here again.
