I absolutely love this dominoes! Super fast and friendly! I always order bread bowls and lava cakes majority of the time there always fantastic! Few weeks ago I had 3 Italian guests who were pizza lover, I ordered pizza from here and my Italian friends really liked them and just shocked about the quality of their pizza!! Delicious, we ordered online , as soon as we arrived to store we picked up our order without any delay which made me really satisfied! I do recommend their Italian version based pizza’s!

I wouldn’t even give one star. I ordered 3 pizzas online. I live in youngsville where addresses are in plain view of sight. Driver says he couldn’t find our house. I tracked him and he was already out of our neighborhood abd put that he delivered pizza. Then Called me and I answered but the connection was horrible and I couldn’t hear anything. Line was disconnected. I called the number back three times, no answer. I called the store and kelly answered and was very rude. VERY RUDE. Saying she can not force driver to turn around and deliver my pizza that she can cancel order or I can go pick it up. Ma’am no one should be forcing anyone. Should just be simply doing his job which was delivering the pizza. Can you at least ask the driver to turn around? No. She canceled my order and hung up on me as I was asking how my refund would be given. After that, I called back with an attitude. You do not hang up on an customer. I will never order from here again. I live in a neighborhood where it is very easy to find the address. He didn’t bother stopping or trying to find us. I am so upset and have a house full of company just hungry bc of a lazy driver and rude employees. Kelly you need to learn some customer service and try to accommodate and make your customers satisfied. No matter where you work, your customers are what keep you a job. This is embarrassing. 54 dollars wasted on y’all part. I am never ever a hard customer to work with. I never leave a review unless it’s a good review. But I felt obligated to speak up. This Kelly girl with make this business close quick. We will not order here again

I placed an order online for $50 worth of pizza. The tracker showed that my order was delivered which it had not been. I called the store to check on the status and the manager Kelly came on the phone and and advised that since there was no lot # on the order it was not delivered. I understand that there wasn’t a lot number on the order but she stated that her policy was that the driver should call twice and if there was no answer, it would get sent back to the store and had to be picked up. The driver only called one time. I work in the customer service industry as well and I would never talk down to a customer the way she talked down to me. Never getting my business again! I will be contacting anyone I can who is above this rude lady!!!
