At 6:56pm on Friday, August 4th, 2023. I called domino’s and placed a order. I asked for the order to be made at a very specific time because I wanted it to be made fresh and hot. I went to domino’s and picked up my pizza. When I got home my pizza was not fresh and was hard and cold. I called the store back and told them what happened and asked if I could bring back my old pizza and get a new on freshly made. Their very rude and very disrespectful responses was, ‘no we can’t remake pizza all we can do is give you a credit.’ I said okay fine can I use my credit for a new pizza tonight in which they replied yes. So I left went back to the store and got hit with where’s the old pizza we told you to bring back. I calmly tried to explain what happened once more. Told the manager (or I think she was the manager) about the situation on the phone and how she had attitude but the manager was extremely rude. I was screamed, and yelled at by the manager and the lady who took my call in the store. Was told I wasn’t going to get a credit back or a new pizza. I was ganged up on by the whole crew for trying to explain my side of what happened. Got tossed out the store. Then while getting in my car the manager came running out of the store trying to fight me. Got in my face. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service and traumatized as well. I have never been treat so poorly before in my life. I would like for something to take place and for these two people to be removed from their possession. I can’t believe this is how domino’s runs there location.

This Dominos in New Iberia has some of the worst drivers ever! I have encountered so many reckless drivers on a daily basis from this pizza place. Someone almost hit the front of my car when changing lanes, not sure they were even paying attention to the road or noticed my bright white car! Get some better service people, I don’t care how long it takes to deliver a pizza. Drive safer!

This is what me and my husband’s pizza toppings looked like this evening. The chicken has no chicken in pieces and other no pineapple. Then some had enough pineapple for 5 slices This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had issues.

Horrible manager Bryson is rude. Did an order for delivery online because they always did delivery to my house and the manager so say want to catch an attitude and say they don’t and haven’t in over a year when I just order from them this year using delivery.
