My go to pizza place here in Albany for the last six years. Always order to pick up as delivery is slow (see update below) – but food is always consistent / good quality and window service is always friendly too. I prefer the sauce and crust here over the other big chains. Edit, 8/12/23, finally tried the tots (philly cheesesteak). They were fine. The ingredients were low on flavor (but not bad) though I guess when you take out the tomato sauce and replace the garlicy, buttery, pizza crust with plain tots it’s to be expected. Still, I’d order them again at some point and see if another combo is better or worse. Placed an order for delivery recently (rare for me, but – circumstances) and it took over an hour to arrive after leaving the oven. I’ll continue to avoid that at all costs (literally, considering additional fees).

Ordered phillysteak sandwich with extra steak and provolone because I don’t get the vegetables and got I pinch of steak with almost no provolone. Every time I order from this location it’s like this, pay extra toppings and they’ll give you less than the normal amount.

Everytime I try to order from the app they turn off delivery. I call the restaurant and no one answers. I call again and ask if they deliver and they say yes, and they claim they have no control over turning off delivery. This is an everyday occurrence. Please try if for yourself corporate. I’ve lost so many coupons and free pizzas over this from the app.

I went pick up 2 large pepperoni pizzas & as I was waiting for someone to service me I noticed a woman in the kitchen using her bare hands making orders. I should’ve said something right then & there but I was so dumbfounded by what I saw I just took my food & left. Soon as I got home I called that store REPEATEDLY they refused to answer the phone. I will NEVER be eating from the dominos on 190 EVER again!

I ordered a pizza and was told it will be out for delivery in 20 minutes. 20 minutes turn into 1 1/2 hours. I called the store asked where is my delivery they stated that the company shut down so I ask are they going to accommodate me for the wait. I was told no they can give me a credit. The delivery lady got here and I stated I have a $100 mine you they delivered my food late. I called the store to stated that I have a $100 no credit card mind you they was late and still never accommodate me so they lady went back to the store with the pizza. Mind you the manager never got on the phone to apologize and fix the problem

The delivery drivers who’s name I can’t remember was GREAT! He carries dog treats with him for customers with dogs and we so happens to have a dog and she loved the treats, thank you sir,! Now the two stars are because it took 45 minutes to get our order, not a big deal since they were probably busy,HOWEVER my 3 pizzas were still super doughy I had to finish baking them in my oven.
