Great delivery and tasty pizza. Easy to track and I got what I ordered and it was hot and fresh and FAST! YUMMY! The pan pizza was thick and tasty with all ingredients spread out well and it was melty and cheesy and meaty and soooo tasty

I was picking up two different orders for takeout from the dominoes on Staring lane. I arrived 20 minutes after my orders were placed, when they said it would be ready. When I arrived at the window, the person taking my payment was unfamiliar with their operating system, mixed up my orders and couldn’t grasp that I was picking up two orders. After 5 minutes and explaining repeatedly which orders were mine, we get that settled. By this point it’s 10 minutes past my order time. They bring my food to my window, then walk across the store and bring it to the other window, and tell me to pull around, there were no cars behind me. I pull around to the other side, and one of the employees is chatting and laughing with someone in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Finally they leave, I pull up to the window, and I tell her my orders and I’m very rudely told one of the orders isn’t ready yet. After waiting another 10 minutes, 25 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready, I got the employees attention and asked when it would be ready. Once again she was horribly rude to me and ” Your just gonna have to wait and get it when you get it”. Waited another 10 minutes, when finally 30 minutes after, I see them grab a pizza, that had been sitting on the counter for the past 10 minutes and bring it to me. I asked her, did you seriously make me wait out of spite, to which she started screaming at me. I’ve never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life, this was ABHORRENT.

I have ordered the worst pizza from this store and tonight I ordered the best domino’s pizza from this store. This was the best domino’s pizza I’ve ever had. Don’t attempt to get delivery from them. This Domino’s is always having some sort of issue. The first time I placed an order an employee called and said they didn’t have an delivery drivers. Mind you I placed my order at 9:30 pm and they close at 10. The second time I ordered I will say everything was fine that time. But then the third time they called me and said delivery was going to take 3 hours and they had been backed up since 4 pm. If you’re not going to pick up the pizza don’t expect a successful delivery.

The customer service was some of the worst service I have ever received. When ordering over the phone, staff completely forget we were on the line for a good seven minutes. When we finally did get to order, the person on the phone sounded incoherent and belligerent. When we picked up our food, not only was the order wrong but staff was uncooperative and rude. They told us to park by the next window to wait for our fixed pizza, but there was no other window. We parked and waited for 20 minutes before we finally got back in line to ask what was going on. The replacement pizza had already been made, they just forgot to give it to us. And worst part? After we apologized to them for the inconvenience and trouble, the cashier scoffed at us and ignored our apology. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience ever, do NOT waste your time and money here.

This is a great Domino’s store. The food is always good and very hot and fresh when it arrives. The cinnamon twists are soft, buttery, cinnamon-y delicious. Fast delivery too. My only issue is drinks—I try not to order a beverage because they seem to get it wrong a lot of the time. I usually just drink something I have at home. All in all, I’m very happy with this Domino’s and do recommend it!
