Came to pick up, and instead of being able to walk through the door to the counter I was greeted at a waist high window. There wasn’t even a cash register by this window so they had to go back to the counter to get the change and obviously Also my order. The worker was nice but it feels very inappropriate and unwelcoming to not only not be allowed inside but also be spoken to through a window workers have to crouch to speak through. Not to mention this made me feel a little unsafe as a female by myself.

This experience was horrible. Little to no cheese in cheese bread, pizza topping are sparse to none and the over all presentation was thoughtless. Never have I had an issue with this location but I usually order at night so maybe it’s what you get during the day. They offered to remake order but considering the time to return food wait on food to be prepared again when we are busy with kids was not an option today. It should have been prepared correctly the 1st time.

I ordered 5 pizzas last night for me and my family. All 5 pizzas were not only loaded down with toppings, and so dam delicious, but the staff was friendly, which is hard to find these days. The pizzas were cooked all the way though, not doughy and the price is unbeatable! Thank you Domino’s on Jones Creek!

As chain pizza stores go, this one is average to slightly above average (except they must be using pizza cutters from 1979 because they couldn’t cut a pizza all the way through if their lives depended on it). But the employees there now are so rude. We’ve been patronizing this location for almost 15 years, and the employees have always been polite and easy to deal with. But Shalynn is the next level of rude and condescending. It’s to the point now that I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to another location than have to wonder if we’re going to have another issue.

I ordered a medium pizza with Extra Pepperoni and Extra Bacon and Extra Sauce.. I received a regular pizza with basically no sauce and no extra toppings just being back the 7.99 special if this is what I’m going to get.. I have never worked at a pizza place before so I don’t know if it’s a difficult job but the way that manager woman yells and curses at her employees isn’t called for. I doubt they make enough to put up with that behavior every shift. I’ve been there 3 times and every time the pizza is never made how I ordered it online.

Just left this location… 05/21… NONE of the 3 employees working had gloves on. 2 women preparing pizzas were touching toppings with their bare hands and the older man cutting freshly baked pizza didn’t have on gloves either. Heaven forbid any of them had open wounds on their hands/fingers. I will NEVER patronize this location again. I walked out without paying for (or receiving) my food. The culture here is too unsanitary for me and anyone else.
