Order #128. Not only was the delivery driver rude both times in a week towards us over the phone, he also was lost BOTH times even though he had been here a week prior. Mind you we’re a business on a busy road and I left notes to help them. Also our food not only arrived late both times it also arrived overcooked and the lava cakes completely destroyed into pieces. We called to speak with a supervisor who also was a completely rude and nasty person stating there was nothing wrong worth our order and hung up during our conversation. She wanted us to bring the food up there that we had delivered bc we can’t leave work. We hesitantly ate what we could of our food bc we were hungry and couldn’t go anywhere else. The supervisor is lucky I couldn’t leave my salon bc I have a few choice words for someone that thinks they can treat ppl and talk to them how the want.

After my order sat in prep for an hour I called in to check on the order. The rep was very rude and told me they didn’t have my mobile order. Then she hung up in my face before I could say anything. So I called back and this time she says carryout only with her intro but she didn’t say that the first time. I said “Ma’am before you hung up in my face I was trying to tell you my order was confirmed.” “I’m looking at it on the app.” She says hold on and after a 10 min hold the phone hangs up. Therefore I had to go to the store to get this fixed because they had money and I didn’t have any answers. Once I’m there she says she is the manager and she’s the one taking the calls. She played the whole thing left and stated she would never hang up on a customer. She denied the entire situation but cancelled my order and gave me my food free. She took no accountability for her actions and apologized for whoever did it knowing it was her. I wasn’t rude or impolite. I addressed her as ma’am over the phone. I just wanted to know what was the status of my order because after an hour the Domino’s tracker hadn’t updated. I will never order from the Youree and Kings Hwy location ever again. Because your store being busy isn’t a reason to be rude and unprofessional towards your customers.

We feed a homeless shelter daily and on occasions we give them a treat. We placed our order at 3:16 and by 8:10 the order had yet to be delivered. Went to the youree drive store in Shreveport LA. to see if there was a problem and the door was locked and the employees were ignoring us knocking at the door. The young man sitting closest to the door got up and walked away. He was later identified as Jay and he refused to give his last name. As my wife was still talking to him he shut the window in her face. At 8:11 as we were getting in the car you can see him Flipping us off by throwing up his middle finger. I don’t consider this as professional and I understand that my order may be small in comparison to other orders but you could at least email and say that there is a problem. Jay made no attempts to contact the driver nor did he even care that we were trying to find out what happened. This is horrible customer service. That is the poorest example of management that I’ve seen.

Don’t order delivery. Take out only. I placed a delivery order at 5:25 called an hour later for them to tell me it’d still be another 5 minutes before the delivery driver came in. That’s fine. I wait about 30 minutes for the map to update with the driver who then takes another hour to arrive, on the map he’s been on the way the whole time just stopping and sitting. (important to add I live 5 minutes down the street) when he arrived he did so without part of my order. One of my pizzas wasn’t even cut.

Absolutely POOR service with order #128 on 8-12-2022. Called to say that 2 of our 3 pizzas were over cooked, and my lava cakes arrived in pieces. The “manager” was EXTREMELY rude and refused to refund our pizza. She said she cooked them herself and they were fine. Told me to call back at 5pm for my refund and ended our phone call with nothing else. This is fine, right? This is what you get for $7.99.

Disgusting to respond to only good reviews, and skip over the complaints…Look like y’all deleted my comment . NAW Y’ALL GON HEAR ME. Like I said, I ordered breadsticks and had to wait 40 minutes just to still not get them I was told twice to wait yet somehow they were never prepared for me to pay for and leave so I sat in the line for 40 minutes just waiting for no reason. I call and talk to the manager about it the manager is a very young lady herself and everybody that’s inside cooking look like they’re on summer break they have all the older people out delivering and all the young people inside chilling playing around with people’s food. There was no reasoning or willingness to fix the situation just oops my bad….. Like huh? This location was so good when it first opened now everything trash from the food to the service . Definitely will go to another location if I just want Domino’s that bad but it almost makes me not want Domino’s anymore ever . And I copied and pasted it this time in case y’all want to delete my comment again ….

This place is horrible ! Takes forever to freaking get a sandwhich made , placed orders 22 mins ahead arrived , they gave it out wrong had us re ordered and waited a hr for it , also very rude Betty each person was on there phone ! Inning out their cars smoking ! & inside eating food from table ! I never had this problem until this certain crew came , everyone each time I come… take money , hand food ,& im gone no complaints . Worst shift ever all deserve termination . No customers also but waited a hr for a sandwhich and garlic cup .after waiting a long hr we pulled back up to the window , a lil wanch leaning asking do we have a pickup order face look disgusting with piercings everywhere ….. rudly know we just placed a order then slammed the window went and got the food , dropped the garlic cup rudly chunked another one to me and slammed the window no have a great day or Nunthing. So no worker intended to bring it out meaning if we didn’t pull back it would’ve still just been ready and getting cold
