My fiance and I ordered 70$ worth of food from this location. We ordered carry out so he went to pick it up. When he got home we were missing a pizza so he called and they said he could come pick it up. When he got back home it was the wrong pizza… no big deal.. really it’s not but the big deal is when he went back up there with the pizza.. who ever was behind the counter asked him “what’s wrong now” and had an attitude like it’s our Ault they got the orderwrong. Ive worked in the restaurantbusiness for year and i get that thing get hectic and frustratingbut when a customer is just comingto you nicely trying to get you fix a mistake please have the same respect back.. we just want what we paid for and that shouldnt be a problem. .

My family loves the new Domino’s Pizza here in Monticello. Our food is always fresh and delicious. We ordered two days ago for delivery and we had our food steaming hot, at our front door within 20 minutes. It was wonderful and the drivers are always so nice and personable. It is currently the only pizza we eat in town. I recommend Domino’s to everyone every time.

I got a burnt sandwich and the guy told me there nothing they can do there was also barely any toppings on the sandwich I took it back the next day they wouldn’t replace it then they wouldn’t give me there name when I told them I was calling corporate the guy kept laughing g and said his name was dominoes and threatened me with the police all I wanted was a sandwich to replace the dry burnt one will never use dominoes again

Tried to order online from the $5.99 menu, but they didn’t have the order when I got there. Charged me more for the same items through the drive-thru. Didn’t really care for the thick crunchy buns they used for the sandwiches, either. They should’ve just stuck to pizza, which is what I’ll do if I ever go there again.
