We have ordered many, many pizzas from Dominoes but the pizza we got today was the best we have ever gotten from Dominoes. We ordered it on 4/7 around 6:35 pm. I don’t know the name of the guy who fixed it but it was wonderful! It was a large thin crust beef and sausage and it was the best.

Ordered our pizzas online. No idea when I was to expect it. The app didn’t say. Wasn’t expecting it to be dropped at the front door without notice either. Ordered a hand tossed crust, received a thin crust. Requested to be notified when the pizza was going to be arriving and never received it. An hour after orderIng, I was curious and opened the door and it was sitting there, cold. Too bad though, had planned on adding cash to the tip I left online.

Second domino’s I tried at this city and the worst one. I don’t know what happen to them but costumer service is very low, wings were overcooked, they didn’t make my pizza in time so I had to wail 20 more minutes in the car.

I tried to place an order online, but there was a processing issue and because my order was over 50.00 it would not place. I then called they took my order and I still had issues so they transfered me to the local store who did not pick up. When I arrived at the store at 1120 they placed my order and said they were to busy to answer the phone. 30 min later they still had not started my order ( I was waiting in the store). My employee are late taking lunches. I recommend not using this domains.

Oh, awesome, a totally luke warm undercooked raw dough pizza. Couldn’t even pull out an intact slice. It really seems you have some disgruntled staff or something because the pizza I received was pathetic. Hell, the cheese wasn’t even melted in the middle of the 2 topping. Also, they stop the 2 minute timer for carside delivery and then continue to take their sweet time, keeping you from getting the free pizza they advertise. This isn’t the first time the staff has pulled this trick with carside delivery. Bravo Higdon Ferry location! I would’ve been more satisfied throwing my money out the window of my moving vehicle. What a waste.

my friend ordered the chicken alfredo off of my phone for delivery. we are less than a mile away from this specific dominos. the man who brought her food was extremely rude and as i told him to have a good day he then replied with “well that’s not gonna happen i mean she didn’t even tip me.” i do not think that it is appropriate to talk about tips with customers. she would have tipped if earlier in the day they would have brought her food when she ordered it the first time instead of canceling it and not refunding the money. she also called and a man screamed at her on the phone very rudely and i am sure it was this same man.

Dominos pizza is fine. There automated ordering process is a complete joke. Tried placing order 2 times with “Aiden” the automated robot. The machine couldn’t get my address or order correct. So the 3rd time I choose option #3. Then asked “Aiden” again, to speak to a manager. A girl answered and I told her I’d like to place an order. Silence. “Hello”? “Yes, this is Heather”. I asked to place an order, again. Silence. In the background I could hear whispering and confusion. Finally just hung up. This is indicative of a larger problem: poor automation, and even poorer staff competinecy. Where is the pride in doing your job. What type of training goes into these positions? All-in-all, just a frustrating experience trying to order a pizza. New technology is not synonymous with good technology. Not looking for any coupons, or free pizzas. Just hoping someone consequential reads this and makes positive changes.
