We ordered a pizza with chicken and provolone cheese. We got chicken and salami. My family does not eat pork due to religion. I had to drive all the way back to pick up a fresh pizza, nothing was given to me extra for having to drive back. They didn’t even offer to have it delivered. So now I wasted a bunch of fuel, just to get what I originally ordered. There is no care in the world to make things right here.

Not great service. We had a driver, who we will respectfully leave unnamed, leave a smartelic comment on the receipt for the tip being only being 7 dollars, after they had run out of half of what we paid for. Did we get reimbursed for that stuff? Nope! Here’s a discount on your next order. Was it for 30 dollars? Nope! We thought 3.50 a mile was fair, but my family doesn’t have to spend any money here anymore so no worries. Frankly the only reason it gets 2 stars is as a courtesy to the service we used to receive.

I just now ordered the marinara dip on line and I did click all the right options. Was suppose to come with bread but the manager telling me that it was my error not theirs and refused to bring me the bread. The manager was rude and had an attitude unjustly. The service is HORRIBLE! Can’t get any order right. The kids working there are obviously high as a kite. Management doesn’t care about making up for HUGE screw ups. We ordered a specific pizza because we can’t eat pork due to religion and the fact that it makes us horribly sick. They just laughed when we brought our order back. Will never be going back here. Not to mention you don’t get greeted when walking in. Very disappointed.

To begin with, I have to pick up my order from the floor cause the driver didn’t hand it to me. He didn’t have to come close at all. The chicken alfredo was over cooked, and my chicken habanero sandwich was a chicken jalapeño. I order with a coupon that you can get 2 or more items of the menu for $5.99 ea, but I couldn’t order habanero wings for less than $6.99. If wings are not $5.99 don’t put them on the menu. They said it would be an hr for my delivery and it took longer. They said and I requested contact less delivery and the driver knock the door and never left until I open.

My husband works there and hardly gets anything in tips he was tolled he would make over 100 dollars in tips on top of that that are supposed get a 40% discount that that Brian won’t let them use when Brian was tolled my husband has Suger problems and then on top of that he work not on delivering but in the kitchen as well when his supposito be driving and working in the kitchen we can’t even make are bills bc that don’t pay what that day there are going to pay and that don’t get brakes either
