Absolutely awful! It was bad enough that a “pizza” chain came into town but they have been horrendous from the start. I have given them chance after chance it just gets each time. The pizza always takes at least 1 1/2 hours to be delivered. It is ALWAYS messed up: either burned, the wrong pizza, or wrong crust. A few weeks ago, we waited for over 2 hours for our delivery and finally called to cancel the order but was told they wouldn’t refund our money because part of the order was already made. Even after that, we still gave them another chance and the order was messed up. Both pizzas were supposed to be hand tossed pizzas as always but they were thin crust and when I called to complain, the “manager” argued and said that we ordered thin. That was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. This location either needs a new manager or they need to just shut it down completely.

I love our dominos.. Sure they get a order wrong here and there. However, if you’re polite with them they’re polite with you. I’ve not had one issue when calling, or ordering online ever. I have offered to pick up when my pizza was delivered with error and they immediately sent me the correct order via driver. Whoever my delivery driver was tonight, Carson I believe, is quick. My pizza was still hot and wasn’t burnt at all. Everything is always good. The sweet guy who seems to be the one I talk to each time I call is great, respectful and attentive. Customer service has always been great for me but I’m a pleasant person and not a Karen. Human error happens, but no one is your doormat over a 6.99 pizza, be kind.

I always order from this store and only if Katlynn or Linnajha makes my pizza these 2 woman literally will go out of there way to make sure every customer leaves happy I know this because they do it for me every time I go in there they have the best attitude and personality these 2 woman is the only reason why I only order my pizzas from this dominos.

We’ve ordered from here about 5 times now each time was through the app. I really like the app it’s easy to use and you get reward points towards a free pizza. Today I unlocked a free pizza . I use the pickup window because it’s right down the street from my house. Anyway I’m glad we have them. I get a Bacon and pineapple medium for $5.99 each time. I think that’s a great deal.

Absolutely the worst experience at any Domino’s and the manager…Mike’s attitude only made it worse…if these sorry pizzas wornt for my daughters Bday party…I’ll stop there…one pizza had to be remade because they sent it with the delivery driver….so they had more than an opportunity to correct the burnt pizzas that had sat under the heater fora minimum of 15 minutes while they corrected their first mistake.
