Food was not delivered over 3 hours and claim the driver delivered it to the neighbors although it was not in the delivery instructions to do so. They did not send another delivery or anything. Had to go to the store for a refund

Order was completely wrong, called to get it fixed and was put on hold and never answered back. Drove to the store, showed them the receipt and the wrong food we was given. Got eye rolls or completely ignored. We was offered to keep the sandwich that was wrong, we said yes but a worker came up and said “no I want it” and proceeded to eat the sandwich while she was making other food.

Needs a lot of work. No one answers the phone when calling. My order was wrong once it was sent for delivery. Poor service, needs a lot of work. Food was very dry. Tasted like I had no sauce or mozzarella on what I ordered. Plus burnt and hard. And you would think they would be good since they are the only pizza place in town.

At this point. Yall need to shut down or I could guarantee they are going out of business because they are loosing money. You can’t get it delivered nor can you get anyone on the phone when you call. They continually hang up on you after holding for at least 45 minutes, just to call back and hang up again. This has happen to me twice in a week. Even if you are short. You should at least get some service. Do not waste your time calling you would just be wasting two hours out your day.
