This store is the closest store to my address by 2 miles and is the store that the app defaults to. They canceled my order, after it had been made i might add and I was told it was because the other store is the store that delivers to me. I am struggling to see how that is my problem since the app automatically chooses stores with no option to change it. Maybe fix the app or honor the orders. Either way, Dominos lost a longtime customer tonight.

Literally the worst pizzas I have ever seen! I’m not sure who to blame more, my family for accepting this or the workers for even sending this out. This barely resembles pizza! There’s no way one of the workers saw this and thought it was okay to send out. Just look at them. The pizza looks diseased! The mice won’t eat these. The rats won’t eat these. A zombie who’s missing pizza wouldn’t eat these! They were barely touched because they look worse than one of those Totino’s Party Pizzas. Disgusting! Domino’s? More like DomiNO! Little Caesar’s does a better job than this.

Made a report based off service issues and then was called by the store and questioned, and let me express- inappropriately, the conversation went. I don’t appreciate this service. Customer quality is crucial. If you can’t deliver correctly then figure it out. I’ve never been more disrespected. I also have a newborn and requested leave at door and no knocking and the preceded yo knock loud and aggressively. Terrible service.

So I decided because it had been a long day to order some @dominos . I had two free pizza with of points that I decided to cash in, plus two additional, so I placed the order at 5:50p and the app showed it left with my driver at 6:05p. The driver didn’t arrive with the pizza until 6:50p, the pizza was cold and looked like it had been dropped. I tried to call the pizza place for help on this and the phone rang for two minutes before disconnecting… Repeatedly. After attempting for almost 20 minutes I decided to take to social media. Really Domino’s…. WTH?!?!?!
