If I could put zero stars I would, the worst customer service ever. My driver was told where to go exactly. I made it clear about where we were and they were supposed to call if they had any issues! Instead the manager called my phone and told me they canceled my order. When I called back to figure out why, the female worker told me that there was nothing they could do since the order was canceled already. When asked if I could get some type of compensation, all they did was give me my money back, which I’m thankful for, but I was hungry and waiting almost an hour for a $50 order that didn’t even get delivered. While I was talking to the female employee, she made it very clear as well that it was their problem, and that it was mine to deal with even though I was only called once and since they canceled my order with no call other then from the manager telling me this. I didn’t even get to speak to the manager until later in the night, and even then she wasn’t much help. I was polite in the beginning but when the female employee snapped back, that was another story. Again very thankful I at least got my money back, but this was not okay. You should not be in this industry if you can’t handle talking to people appropriately! Not cool at all and will not be going back for a very long time!!!!

Just awful. I ordered a thin crust pizza with light sauce and it came with heavy marinara. Thought better of going to Domino’s but convenience won out. Never again. These days just about any frozen pizza tastes better than Domino’s.

At 1:45 pm on 12/19/22. I received the most beautiful and tasty pizza I’ve ever have had delivered. The lady was dead and she had a great attitude. ….omg this pizza is soooo delicious thank you. And give the cook a raise.

My order got messed up and I had to wait a while for my order to be re-made. But the manager gave me a free brownie treat and as I accepted and said it was completely okay she basically forced me to take a 2 liter coke. So I truly appreciated their way of fixing it. Excellent service.
