Placed an order online about 5 minutes prior to close. I know that’s not what night crew wants to see but hey, you are still open and people got to eat. Got the confirmation that it was being made. 15 minutes later you cancel the order. What’s crazy is the other store answered their phone and told me how trash it was to do that. The fact that most of the recent one stars are about the same issue is a problem. You’d think someone would look into that. Maybe change your hours to show people when you are actually willing to work ♂️

We stopped to order a pizza and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It must of been ready in 5 minutes because in the time it took us to drive 2 miles home it was stone cold and it wasn’t made as requested with extra sausage. But once we microwave it, the thin crust wasn’t crispy but the pizza tasted good.

Went to the store on Willow. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I was having an issue logging into my account, the gentleman help and found out I had a reward so I got my food for free. By far the best service I’ve had in so long and it was not because of the free food. He never lost his patience with me or acted annoyed.
