I ordered a small pizza online and had it delivered. It was missing a couple of toppings I had requested. So, why the 5 star review? Because I called (politely and respectfully) and they quickly made a new pizza and brought it to me. In a world that lacks customer service, I say good job and THANK YOU!!!

The food was good, but I have a huge problem with the car side delivery. They guarantee a free pizza if it’s not delivered to your car after two minutes. They control the clock, and turned it off when they brought out food… but it wasn’t MY food! He took it back inside and brought me my food after a minute, which should have been a free pizza, but they never started the clock after their mistake.

We use this Domino’s ALL the time. They’re fast and friendly, and it’s always delicious. Tonight I placed a carry out order. When I got back home with it, I saw that one of the pizzas had had the wrong sauce on it. I called the store and explained what was going on. Alex was very quick and friendly in verifying my order and having it remade. Within 10 minutes I had a new hot, fresh and delicious pizza. Thanks, guys!

Such a sad situation. I had placed an order through the app for delivery. Used the 20% offer since it was an online delivery order. Unfortunately for me, the app chose a store that was outside of my delivery area. I was watching the pizza tracker and was waiting for the notification that my pizza was on it’s way. Then I saw that it was cancelled. I called the store and that’s when I was told they were outside of my delivery area. They were going to call the local store and send my order over. All I would need to do is call them with my card information. I waited a few minutes to give the one store time to call the other. When I called in to give my card information for payment, I was asked to wait for the manager to get on the phone with me. She then proceeded to tell me that she would not honor the 20% off since I didn’t place the order online. I told her that my original order had been placed online and it was not my fault the Domino’s app chose the wrong store to send my order to. I felt that she should have honored by original order with the 20% off coupon. She then said that since it wasn’t an online order she wouldn’t be able to honor it. At that point I was frustrated because I should have already had my order if it had been the correct store. Not the greatest feeling when I felt the manager was arguing with me that I didn’t place my order online to honor the coupon.

extremely disappointed that I now must use the website or app to use a coupon. Went into your Broken arrow store on Houston to order 2 large pizzas only to be told he could not take my order that I had to order the pizza online. It was pouring down rain, finally able to use the website to order only to find out that after 17 minutes that my order was ordered at another store on the other end of town. Before covid I would order it all the time for my soccer referee’s. I ordered these pizzas for a family whose mother sent home today on hospice. Being forced to order online to use a coupon to rather disappointing, your competitor Mazzio’s allows customers to walk in, use coupons without being forced to order online. Not sure if I will ever be back.
