We love dominos and it’s always our go to! Tonight we had Jessica as our delivery person , my husband was a little late getting home so Jessica waited for him to pull in to pay! Her customer service was amazing and she was so super kind , she didn’t have to wait but she did and we so appreciate it ! You’ve got a good employee on your hands !

This is by far the best online order experience I have ever had. The wings were absolutely perfect, and the one topping pizza with extra cheese was right there with it. The manager will lie to your face. My pizza was greasy and smashed anyways. I waited with hazards on for 5 mins. Nobody came, I was in the only open spot in front of store, he said I should’ve parked right in front of store, that spot was for delivery drivers, which I told him. I have screen shots, and video of him having an employee move the sign. He had a horrible attitude. I won’t be back ever again, and I’ve been a customer of dominos for 30 years. Also the drivers take all the spots in front of the store and door ding you when you do park. As I was leaving 4 employees pulled up In one car reminiscent of cheech and Chong.

The last time I ordered from Dominos Sand Springs, it took one hour and 20 minutes to receive my delivery. Today I ordered mushroom and onions but I received onions and beef. I didn’t want to wait for a replacement pizza because I had already eaten some of it. Is this what I can expect from future orders? I expect better service.
