This is the best Domino’s I’ve ever been to. From the moment I called they let me know the specials, and that there was even more specials online. When I walked in the place was clean and beautiful and well presented like a little boutique-but-modern-day pizza place. It is unique for a chain. The people working were friendly, and greeted me promptly, and with a smile. The manager Tara herself also interacted with us. She knows all her customers and greeted people by name as they walked in. We decided to dine in because they had an amazing place with a window where you could watch the pizza chefs make their pizzas. When we sat down we were given dough for my kids to play with. We had so much fun eating our pizza, which was delicious by the way. The best Domino’s Pizza we’ve ever had. The crispy crust that was thin was perfect and the regular crust was absolutely delicious with the garlic butter sauce on the crust that was very fresh and baked to perfection. I will never go to another Domino’s again. This is even rivaling other pizza places that are not chains. So happy with my experience here!

My boss called and said he wanted me to order pizza for the guys all working at a building and in the attic just so you know its 103 degrees outside so attic is about 200 degrees. I called the one downtown Tulsa and gave them the location address he sounded put out but took my order and money. I then get a call back and I am told that the address is out of their area and I need to call the one at Harvard this was from the GM Danny, well why didn’t they say this when they took the address before, so I said okay thank you and he says that it will take 2-3 business days to refund the card. I then call the other Dominos and place the order and he then tells me Ma’am its going to be at least an hour I only have one driver and there are 8 orders in front of yours, so you need to probably call someone else. So I called Mazzios and they took care of me, 40 minute wait. Now I understand issues and wait times but I do NOT understand this kind of Customer Service. Dominos must be a very wealthy company being that they do not need money or customers.

The pizza is great and at a very reasonable price. I had to feed around 20 people and ordered 7 pizzas and 2 desert pizzas and got out of there for less than $70. The staff at the location I went to was the best. Friendly and very helpful. The location was super clean. I’ll definitely be going back.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza Togo in the store, the pizza had not been cooked all the way. I’m assuming they thought I was in a hurry or something so they might have pulled it out early. Next time I’m going to have to ask for a crispy crust.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this place but it’s not getting better. 45 min for 2 pretty basic pizzas for carry out. Furthermore, they weren’t ready after the tracker said “Complete” either. This is the third try at carryout with very similar wait times. If you order carryout from here, be ready to ignore the estimated time it will be ready and add at least 20 minutes on top of it. They always hit prep immediately and maybe that’s standard but it’s not prep in the sense that it’s actually being made or it wouldn’t take this long. Don’t expect sympathy for the long carry out times either. Food is fine but it’s just not worth the wait anymore.
