I came in recently to this Dominos pizza place to get something to eat and seen an employee acting very unprofessional to one of her co-workers. She wasn’t paying attention to her job at all and was focused instead on yelling at one of her employees. Her name is Bailey and I was able to get her name from one of the workers but what I would appreciate is the appropriate discipline action of this employee to ensure that this will not happen again when I walk in to this Dominos location or any location in Texas. I love the pizza here but I also want to see customer service at its finest when I walk in. Because what Bailey did was rude and very unprofessional in front of customers especially in front of me when I wanted something to eat. I used to be in the food business so I understand about customer service and professionalism so she needs to provide that when there is customers around.

The order was easy online, my pizza was wrong, but they remade it. While standing there waiting one of the employees pulled his shirt up and scratched his belly. Continued his conversation then went to help cut pizzza’s. Obviously not mine because I would have refused it. Sorry, I had to share.

Easy order and good turn around. Although I was disappointed that they would not deliver to the hotel we were staying at, which was only eight blocks away. One of my favorite pizzas still today!

I usually order from main St. But since this one was closer I ordered from here. The delivery driver was very nice and polite. Howevery pizza crust was well over prepped and so was my stuffed cheesy bread. It tasted a bit yeasty. I used to work at dominos so I know the dough was left out too long. My pizza crust was very thin for a hand tossed. I spent a good chunk on my order and a good tip. I would have expected a better result. There’s nothing I can do about it on the app. My order was on 12-30-22 at 4pm

We placed an order for delivery and was told it would be 40-45 minutes. An hour later, we are still waiting. Called the restaurant and they said it was ready, and still there. I had to go pick it up. When I arrived and asked about the order, they didn’t even have the right name. The employee simply handed me the order and I left. No apology for the mix-up, no “thank you, come again”, nothing. Your employees need to be taught common courtesy and customer service. I am very disappointed.

All of our food came out 40 minutes late and dripping with grease. My poor Philly cheese steak had only burnt cheese and almost 10 peices of dime sized meat and a few mushrooms. Too burnt and greasy to eat. They are usually wonderful…
