I ordered tonight and the delivery guy called to get the gate code. I gave it to him and heard access granted. I opened my front door and let my dog out back and after about 15 minutes with no delivery called the store. The person who answered called the driver and insisted it was on my porch. I told her it wasn’t. She told me they would refund me and send out a new order. She called back to tell me she couldn’t give us free food. I paid gave my correct address and gate code to the driver. I called she hung up on me and when I called back after my neighbor called and told me they had our order and she said do you want to pay for your food? This location used to rock. Not anymore. The previous 2 times I’ve ordered Alfredo pizza with extra sauce (which you have to pay for) I receive my pizza and somehow there’s even less sauce than I used to get by ordering it standard. Seriously, practically no sauce. This pizza is rubbery and garbage, there needs to be some real quality control re-management at this location, because this is dogwater. *edit* – I have recently ordered from this location two more times, and both times the pizza was up to par. So things have either improved overall or it’s just really inconsistent. Not sure yet.

If you order from this domino’s location the pizza is always good. But if you leave a tip in the order flow the driver will leave your food on the ground and ring the doorbell and walk away even if you collect traditional delivery. I order from here 2 to 3 times a week and every single time that I do not leave a tip in the order the driver knocks the door because they want the tip which is understandable. When I do and the tip in the online order, 100% of the time they leave the food on the ground ring the doorbell and walk away and do not even give you a chance to have your food handed to you. So if you like your food left on the ground and you’re OK with that go ahead and put the tip in the order process when you order online but if you do not like your food left on the ground I suggest you do not add the tip when you place the order online and wait for the driver to deliver your pizza if you prefer to have your food handed to you vs set on the ground.

This Dominoes sucks-don’t eat at this one! We arrive and they don’t even start prepping the pizza until we arrive (aka 15 minutes late.) The dumb worker there didn’t like the way we wanted to pay and straight up said “that’s bullshit”- great customer service to welcome guests when they first walk in. The younger gentleman there is great and competent and somewhat friendly to make for Mr. Idiot but we aren’t coming back to this location. This is the bad worker you want nothing to do with by the way.

I placed an order online for one pizza and one order of cheese bread for carryout. When I picked up the pizza, I realized the toppings were wrong. I requested the staff to remake the pizza, so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the pizza, while the cheese bread was already done and getting cold. When the cash register handed me the pizza, he/she had the audacity to tell me it was “free of charge.” Well I better hope it’s free of charge considering it was wrong the first time.
